    Newly refurbished. Hot shower. Fan in bathroom and air conditioner performed perfectly. Pool area wàs exceptionally clean.

    The bed was comfortable. The air was cold The shower head needs to be replaced and there was black mold in my restroom

    The AC didn't and the room was dirty and the bed was standed and nasty holes in sheets wouldn't let be put in another room or anything worst experience I've had and still haven't got the deposit back either Nothing set in a room for over a hr had to go stay somewhere else

    Staff at this location was rude to my wife and did NOT let her stay because of her having a "local" i.d.card. Her id card was a legitimate Missouri stating her address as Branson, Mo., 37 miles away from Springfield. They apparently didn't like her appearance or something. My wife is 71 years old and can hardly walk. She uss a walker and was flabbergasted by the 2 employees attitude, as if she wasn't good enough. We will NEVER stay at a Wyndham motel again!!! nothing except an attitude adjustment on front desk people She was released from Cox hospital earlier in the day! These employees will experience karma. I believe in it......

    Location Was told it would be continental breakfast, which was false. Only had cereal, bad grapes, bread, and coffe. Could not get assistance when we tried. I was charged more for the room despite the fact that I had a confirmation when reserving online .

    It was a place to stay. Accidentally reserved a smoking room, but even with that didn't expect the bedding to have burn marks and be super thread bare

    I didn't notice breakfast They have not given me back my 100.00 dollar deposit. I have called and get it could take a month. No other deposit problems with other hotels
