Booked and prepaid for a King Room. Received a confirmation that our room was ready. Arrived at 8pm to be told they were sold of of King Rooms. Offered a Queen room. Made no sense.

Only bummer for us was that there was no hot tub. But we would stay again

Convenience and ease of getting to my room. TV channels. It was all old school, Direct TV was used with shows from the 80's. Nothing current or watchable once you got back from your Saturday night venue and wanted to watch a good show! Made them look outdated and didn’t care about customers. Really was a burden and unnecessary.

For some reason was not able to get my digital key. And my room wasnt available until 9pm. Other than that great hotel and staff

Great hotel. Nice throughout. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location to the arena and restaurants/bars. Valet service is convenient and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Main thing was location, close to the arena where we were attending an event. Breakfast was good. It seemed they had welcome bags behind the lobby desk (with water & ?) We later saw someone else with 1. We didn't get one, but didn't ask either. Just a couple weeks before we were at the Hampton Inn, in Portland & they gave out bottles of water, which made me wonder about it. Not really a big deal, but thought I'd mention it.

Overall stay was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice, with a refrigerator. Reasonable gym. Easy location to hospital (2 blocks away where I was going). Breakfast included was convenient, but I would have liked some healthier choices for breakfast. But if you want to be indulgent, it's perfect!
