I love the proximity to Grand Casino. I park and get to my room, enjoy early dinner before going to my event. Walk other street and enjoy my event.

The pool area is a very slippery tile. They just have wet floor signs everywhere but my kids were sliding all over getting in and out of the pool. The rooms were nice and everything worked well.

Grood spot when you stay for all the events. Parking costs 40.00 Valet only. Would stay there again. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Walkable to many restaurants.

Valet were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was pleasant and polite. Breakfast was excellent. Our room and the whole property was very clean.

Size of room, super comfy bed. cleanliness, variety of food for breakfast, helpful and pleasant front of house staff. Probably prefer a walk in shower to shower over bath, even though the shower worked well.

The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.

The receptionist upon arrival was not very friendly and appears to be talking with someone via her earbud because she was laughing inappropriately. The next lady who relieved her at 3:00 was very nice and friendly.
