Great location. Large breakfast area and great coffee.

The hotel was disappointing overall. It feels run-down, the front desk staff was not rude but not very pleasant, the water flow in the shower and sink was very weak, and the AC was so loud that sleeping was difficult. The TV was also small and outdated. The valet staff was very nice, which was one of the few positives. I would not stay here again.

Price added up a bit higher than i expected with the extra daily valet charges, and the extra charge for having a pet. Nice room, nice building, great staff and the valet service was actually really helpful and the valets were awesome. Pool was small, but clean and private. The gym was nice too and clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. The location was fun. Lots of good spots to walk around and see, plus good food, shopping and drink. Night life is very fun in this area!

Valet parking (which is all they have) was a nightmare.

This was one of the nicest places we stayed. Everything was so nice and clean and I am thinking recently remodeled. There were plenty of outlets well placed for charging technology, the bathroom was nice and spacious and I liked the little ledge to put toiletries near the sink. The beds were comfy, black out curtains worked great, fridge in the room … top notch. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. Great choices for any kind of diet. The coffee also tasted great!

The valet parking is unexpected but this is the only way you can park your car 24hrs and safely. Other than that the breakfast selection is great, the hotel is clean, some receptionist are nice and others not. Close to bars and restaurants and casino.

Location, staff, the valet parking, loved that we could charge our car for the night, the breakfast. Everything was great. Nothing.

Clean, great rooms and staff

The front desk person that checked us in and was there in the morning was extremely friendly and helpful. The guys doing the valet were quick and and efficient and helpful as well.

There was a barn door for the closet and bathroom that was super hard to move. Otherwise, all was great,

Only complaint is garbage bins are too small and no recycling bin in the room

We did not get room service. They only gave 2 towels for our entire stay (4 days). Rooms have seen better days. Great location, but price was high considering the quality of the room.
