Holiday Inn St. Paul Downtown by IHG

Didn’t like paying for parking, but understand.

This is an okay hotel. No frills and rooms are dated, but it's clean and staff were friendly.

It was so close to the Grand Casino Arena (across the street), and because it was downtown St. Paul, it was close to so many great restaurants. The rooms were very clean also.

This is the best and closest hotel for concerts at the grand Casino Arena!

Great locations

This has always been my go to hotel for concerts at the grand casino arena because of it's location across the street, and Cossettas at the end of the block. However, last night's stay, this hotel was so noisy. All night long. We could not get any sleep. I believe I will be choosing a different hotel next concert.

Good location was the saving grace. It’s pretty affordable. Had an ok bar attached that served food late. Close to other bars and restaurants. Relatively cheap parking garage very close. Not terrible, not nice either.

Perfect location for activity at arena. Will book again for the next event.

Absolutely perfect stay for a concert!

Having the bar and restaurant there was great and being right across from the entrance to the arena was a huge plus. Parking should be free of your staying there $21.00 to park is bull.

This property has a great location to the Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul (formerly known as Xcel or “X”) & is very well kept up considering its age and amount of use. The room was clean & quiet. The on-site restaurant is great for cocktails and some food. The staff was courteous, helpful, & welcoming. Be sure to enter the parking ramp located next to the property from the 7th St. entrance to receive the Holiday Inn parking fee. You’ll pay extra at the other entrance.

Location right across the street from concert venue was great! Staff at front desk and restaurant were extremely polite and friendly! There was an odd stain on the hotel room chair that I covered with a napkin. I should have taken a picture for the staff when checking out.

overall, a great and clean place to say. The beds were overly hard for part of the group, but I thought they were fine. Also, the hot tub was very chlorinated. But the rooms were clean and overall it was a good stay.
