Holiday Inn St. Paul Downtown by IHG

2. There should be a box of tissues on the end table by the bed. There was only one box in the bathroom. 3. Was there a guide for the TV. We like a list of channels offered instead of surfing through the channels. PRO 1. the mattress was terrific 2. The room was clean 3. the staff was helpful.

Great place to stay if you plan on going to the Minnesota state fair. A lot of restaurants near by.

We've stayed here many times. Always good service and comfortable rooms. We've not eaten on property as the one block walk to Cossetta has become a tradition for us, so I can't speak to that. The kids love the pool and the hot tub is relaxing! Always pleasant and helpful staff.

Room was very dim even with all the lights on, and the toilet flush was broke otherwise good. Bed was comfortable. Super easy to get to the arena with it just accross the street. Bar on the other hand, was terrible service we were overcharged and the manager has not returned our call or rectafied the charge

Loved the shuttle to State Fair. Front desk staff Joe was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Definitely a find!

The next day, I complained the refrigerator rattled all night and I got no sleep. We went to the fair and AT LEAST THE REFRIGERATOR WAS REPLACED. The remote we just had to deal with 🙄 The next morning, the Keurig coffee maker didn't work. But, we were checking out. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. After this stay, I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!! NO COMPENSATION, NO APOLOGIES AND NOBODY CARED!!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!

Convenient Staff and the mistake they made by renting our room.

The room was great. The area was quiet. Breakfast was good but you have to pay for it. Enjoyed our stay

Close to many restaurants and river. However, if you are looking for a quiet night location this is not for you. It is downtown with lots of events and bars!
