Well, when we parked and got out, right away we were warned to make sure we take everything in, out of the car. So that was a little worrisome, even though, after checking in, we moved our car to a caged in parking lot. Lots of construction, lots of traffic noise. Steven seemed a bit overwhelmed as we checked in. They dont take cash. Room was clean. Wildbill Saloon food and service was amazing!!!

The hotel was located downtown across from the hockey arena. Lots of food options within walking distance. Close proximity to the old mansions and river. Beautiful location!

The staff during check in was overwhelmed and short with customers. Talked to staff about it during checkout and she said she would note our complaint about the neighbors.

Be careful when they charge you for parking specifically if you are staying more then 1 day. When we checked in the guy on front desk said its flat one time charge for the entire stay and when we checked out the other guy charged us 2 time for parking saying it is per day charge.

Good area. The pool was very dirty there was hair and it was so cloudy.

Only complaint was it was loud. But not the hotels fault. The hotel was 5 plus stars in every way just only came there to sleep and couldn’t lol

Location No guest laundry and pool was small. Hallways and rooms are small and you can hear everything in everyone’s room walking down the hallway.

Could have been a little bit cleaner, but over all was a nice room. Staff were super helpful.

The parking charge seems ridiculous, lot wasn’t 1/3 full, and its wide open space all outside of the property. Saw a few cars parked in the public street which is just another 30ft away. This is just a ploy to advertise a lower room rate.
