Gulfside Resort

Loved the pool, it was clean and maintained and the place itself was clean, gorgeous close to the beach by a five minute walk! Loved Jim and Kathy and we were so lucky to have found a place that was quiet and away from the noise but also a close enough distance to walk to many bars and restaurants. We also became acquainted with the other guests so it was nice seeing familiar faces everyday. Our apartment was so cute and had everything we needed!

This place is peaceful and well cared for. It is central to many things. Jim and Kathy were very friendly, hospitable and available for anything needed.

Kathy and Jim were very nice hosts. They care about their customers and keeping their rentals in great shape. Location was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for - walking distance to the beach and beach bars. Kathy and Jim did not have any control over the electrical utility work going on. Coincidently, the utility workers, trucks, cones, and eventually street closure made the last couple days tricky to park and leave. We made do.

Old Florida charm at its best. Family run apartment that’s close to beach, shops and restaurants. Well equipped one bedroom apartment that’s very clean and looks out onto a lovely pool and garden area. Exceptionally helpful hosts who anticipated every need and provide lots of useful equipment to take to the beach. Nothing

The friendly atmosphere, the location and the host Jim Teichert. The pool in front of our unit was also very handy and cosy. Also that the resort is small and family friendly is an asset.

Jim and Kathy were incredible! They made sure to make it feel like we were home and were available if we needed anything. If you’re looking for a place to book, do it now!
