Great location! Very comfortable

The hotel is beautiful! Clean! The only thing was the valet, when it was time to check out. It took a very long time to get our car, we had to go and get our car ourself due to the amount of time we already waited for our car.

As a whole, it's a decent hotel, right in the heart of St. Pete. The room was nice and had all the necessary amenities, although the layout was a bit odd (the sofabed completely blocks the closet). The bathroom was ok, but the shower had very low water pressure, and there was mildew buildup in the corners. The bed was nice, far softer than most hotel beds. The rooms are definitely not soundproofed; you can hear everything happening in the hallway, out on the street, and in the rooms above yours. Communication with the front desk via text is spotty, as response times are inconsistent. Parking was our biggest issue. The hotel is valet only, which is fine. However, the website doesn't say they only have a valet from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., so if you have an early morning flight or need to park or get your car overnight, you can't. We had a 6 a.m. flight, so when we checked in, the valet told us he could have our car brought around the night before and left in street parking so we could get to it, or the front desk could help. That wasn't the case. The night before our flight, we were told we had to have the valet pull our car, and we would have to find somewhere else to park if we needed our car during the off hours. None of this is on the website, mind you. We ended up having to park multiple blocks away from the hotel, to then walk and get the car at 3:30 a.m. for our flight. Not ideal, and frankly, not safe for some people. Knowing what we know now, would we stay there again? No.

Everything was great. Location & parking was excellent. Quiet area . Keypad lock on doors so you don’t have to worry about a card. If there is any bad reviews their lying!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everyone was super friendly and very hospitable. They put together a small gift bag as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday, that was super unexpected and very thoughtful! Check in was super smooth and location was top tier! Will definitely be coming back to stay in the near future!

Had a great time. Place was clean & good location for what we needed.

Rooms were perfect, close to the Trop to watch the Rays. Kitchen and laundry was a nice touch. I had the entire pool to myself one morning. Only negative was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

Good location near Tropicana Field. Good restaurants near by and we loved the balcony and kitchenette.
