After driving for 2 hrs to Tahoe I found that my reservation that was confirmed by Expedia didn't exist. They did take the money from my bank account though.

In the middle of a remodel but still really pretty and a great place to stay

Stayed in the new tower, unfortunately was dirty upon check in with leftover peanut shells still on the floor as well as electrical panels not attached to the walls. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay in Tahoe

The room with king size bed said it was newly renovated however there were a few small issues including that the shower door didn’t have water blocking strips at the bottom so water essentially created a pool on the floor afterwards. The hotel was also doing construction which prevented the use of the closest elevator to our room so it was a long walk to an from the main part of the hotel, and the construction on the outside of the hotel began at 7:00am which was very loud and didn’t help that there is loud music until midnight each night. Overall not a great experience.

The room was clean but it felt tiny and cramped. The AC is super loud. Room service was through the app and was able to order from diff nearby restaurants-- that was convenient. We stayed 3 nights and asked for housekeeping service after first night and they never came. The drinks at the hotel are great! I never got a "bad" drink so kudos to the bartenders. Food options are not the best. Need to walk out for more. (But i feel like all of Tahoe has blah food) Arcade was great for the kids but noticed A LOT of games were out of service. The pool area is super cute but the chairs are limited, and most of them say reserved. I saw some people annoyed that there werent any available and it wasnt even crowded. Theres no spa but you can walk to the Harrahs one, Reflections. I had a great massage but the spa doesnt have that much to it. So kind of expensive for barely any amenities. But the staff was super friendly and great. Parking lot is not connected to the front lobby. Unless we missed it? So overall, it was a decent stay. Just some annoyances.

Really great spot and generally clean. We did not have new soap and lotion and it took forever to get a live person from the front desk—short staffed but great amenities overall.

Nice Property!

Room wasn't ready, staff couldn't help explain bill . Construction woke us up and no one told us about it, had bad sleep. Room was nice and clean. Gym was clean and maintained. Pool was nice and clean staff was helpful, one hot tub wasn't working properly.

I visit Lake Tahoe twice(2x) a year and always stayed at Caesars hotel. This time visit was very horrible. As we arrived at Caesar & checked in to the room 709, it was very dirty, stains were everywhere and I immediately went back to the front desk to inform them, but the person there was very rude and unprofessional about it. Full of attitude!!! They give me a lower level room with only roof view and not a good view for my kids to see anything from the window without asking it matters to my liking. Very disappointed !

Nice and clean 👌 👍

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoy the Eric Church concert and all the hotel amenities were fantastic.

We had a great stay, beginning with Daniella who checked us in to the hotel. We had a 15th Floor room with an amazing view of both Heavenly Village and Lake Tahoe! The pool area was nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in service during our visit, but the heated pool was lovely. The newly renovated Tessie's Lounge was an inviting space with delicious drinks and we enjoyed lively conversation with other patrons. We enjoyed the coffee and pastries at Cleo's, especially the hazelnut cream croissant! The casino was fun, even though we didn 't win any money. On our last night, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Sapori Italian Kitchen at Harrah's next door. A memorable stay!

Room had a used small food container left under the curtains, numerous hairs still on bathroom sink and a pair of socks left from the previous guest sitting in an open cabinet under the mini bar.
-
My Room heavily smelled like smoke. I was not happy about the smoke smell in my room, especially it being the supposed newly renovated room.

Very great stay, very clean and friendly staff.

The property was very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and look recently renovated. The amenities and location were great. We used the casino and arcade, and some of the food service spots on site. The staff inside was not very friendly, from the front desk to others in the casino. Even saw the valet fly off very quickly when parking the car of one of our relatives that also stayed at the hotel. The room was supposed to be non smoking and was very clean, but you could still smell smoke faintly in the room unfortunately.

I wasn’t happy about a $25 charge to valet my car. Even self park was $20. Valet in Reno is free.

More catered to Adults only. The open electronic vending box placed on the hotel room desktop had a m&m's box that my 3 year old could easily reach, costing me just a little under $9 for a small box of m&m's. Being a family guy, my biggest grief was when I was playing with my child in the Arcade below ground and most of the Arcade games where broken and half of them just took the credits ripping us off.

I only needed the stay for overnight sleep.
