We are conveniently located within walking distance from Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola and Heavenly Village shopping and dining. Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe features two-room spacious suites with separate living room and second TV. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. The suites feature private bedrooms with a TV with cable channels and separate living areas with a second TV and well-lit work areas. A coffee machine and refrigerator are included in each room. The private bathroom includes toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests can take advantage of the indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Guests also have access to the three garden atriums. Stateline casinos are less than a 5-minute walk. Lake Tahoe is 10-minute walk. Secure indoor valet parking is available.

Everything was really good and the property was clean. Only thing that was not was an older Bell Boy gentleman telling me can you bring that back we are short with them “ he looked like a customer not a worker no name badge or dressed properly

Twice while exiting the elevator, valet service personnel with full luggage carts were waiting to enter. Neither of the personnel on two separate occasions waited for me to exit. I was forced to step back within the elevator to get out of there way then had to work around the baggage cart to get out. Absolutely no courtesy! Staff at breakfast wonderful! Front desk slow during check-in. Waited over 20 minutes. One trying to handle everything while other was on the phone for the whole time. Don't think I will stay there again nor recommend to anyone. Sad since the resort looks lovely.

Nice overall. Smart TVs weren’t true smart TVs only had Chromecast and only the main area had it. Bedroom was strictly cable. Couch had stains on it. Some dated items, Need black out curtains on windows to interior. A good family place if you don’t mind a party(ish) vibe. Indoor pool was decent for an indoor pool. Pool movie night for kids is very cool. Overall a nice hotel for a good price. Would recommend, but for us the TVs not having app access are always a deal breaker especially on longer trips.

There is a $50 fee added to your bill for pool and spa even if you do not use them. Valet parking is the only parking option available at this resort. You can be charged $40 to $60 a night. Hotel does not quote you a price until you check out.

Resort fee ontop of valet being the only parking option are few issues. You pay a premium price for valet while waiting 25-30 minutes in the lobby for them to bring your car up. It might be that half the staff is as high as can be but who knows. Expected a much better stay for the price and add on fees. Broken shower heads and staff just seeming to hate their job or not even know where they were made for a horrible experience. Will make sure to never stay as this hotel again in the future.

The room was large and spacious with a living room/tv/sofa room attached to bedroom. Mini fridge but no microwave. Our Keurig machine had very dirty stagnant water and some dead gnats in it, which was a bummer. This location was very busy at the front desk and valet but the cars came quickly and attendants were nice. I wish laundry facility had a but if privacy instead of unloading ones “dirty laundry” in the main hallway in front of other guests. And, there was very little water pressure. Would stay again, though, lots of dining options onsite and within walking distance!

Great location, big rooms. Pool is a little oversold and usually quite crowded but given other aspects like sitting area, easy access , yet a casino vibe makes it a good choice

Zio atmosphere of the resort was very part like and beautiful it felt like being in the Caribbean. The rooms were very big. However, cleanliness and restoration of the building could be better because the carpets were stained. The bath curtain was dirty and some of the towels were also stained. Also, nobody came to clean our room in order today visit. Not even to make the beds or change the towels. When I ask one of the cleaning ladies to give us some towels because nobody came in the room to clean she was sarcastic, telling me to be happy and relax and she gave me a few towel towels.

We love the size of the room. Like that you can walk to many places from this hotel.

Rooms VERY roomy & conveniently located next to the casinos. Friday Station next door is a wonderful restaurant with an amazing sunset view!

Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to assist with customers, thank you! Only negative is no self parking and only valet parking is offered at this hotel.
