Nice hotel, but not luxury status. Parking was supposed to be $20, but was $35 when exiting the parking lot in under 24 hours.

Sadly they were doing big renovation at casino area so couldn't play in this hotel

Received a 5th floor room. Overlooking a roof. I’ve been there several times before, but received a room I didn’t know they had. Usually a stunning view of the lake and basin area. Roof had steam coming out of vents and garbage thrown out of windows above. Ceiling had stains on it. Room and establishment needs updating. Tile floors have chips out of it. The maid service had a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hall over night. Doors slam loud when people go in and out.

Room was very clean and spacious with nice view of the lake from 7th floor. It was very quiet and closet was large. The only thing missing was the convenience of a hair dryer and a USB port that available near bed.

The room was clean, spacious and well lit. The carpet in the room was buckling and the toilet leaked. The restaurants were not open during our stay - only open on the weekends. The staff were awesome. Overall it was a great stay.

The room we upgraded to was really nice with great amenities. The front desk person was very friendly and offered us a decent price to upgrade our room. Our experience at the one of bars/restaurant was less than impressive, though. The bartender seemed entirely unenthusiastic about being there and it showed in his service. However, I’m finding bad service all over the Lake Tahoe area to be the norm now. All things considered we would stay here again because of the location when we want to enjoy Stateline amenities.

Our stay was a last minute booking. The price was good for what we got. The room was nice and we had plenty of room to sleep and relax.
