Location was good. Hotel definitely showed its age.

Location was great - walking distance to most shopping … room was nice but weird .. 2 full bathrooms in a one bed room. I used the pool and hot tub - very clean but when I turned on the bubbles in the hot tub it was cold air and cooled down the water temp very quickly I absolutely hated my view from my room … I was on the 3 rd floor and faced all the a/c units for the building … no view at all - I wish the staff upon check-in would have thought about this and saved this room for the very last option instead of just giving it to me .. others saw the beautiful mountains of Tahoe - I saw A/C units

The property has not been renovated for a long time. The carpet had waffles in it. It needed to be stretched as we tripped on it a little bit. The bathroom had some wood paneling in front of the bathtub that needed to be updated or replaced. The overall impression was that it had not been renovated for a long time and was below a high-quality standard.

The room was very nice and accommodating. And had to complete bathrooms first time to see this.

There was a mosquito in the room. The pillows hurt the neck. They charged $20/night for self parking which should include in the resort fee. Elevators are not showing the floor number when it goes up and down. The TV is old and small. The remote is not sensitive so the channel button only can go forward but not backward. It also cannot press the channel # to jump to the channel you want. All these little things add up to not happy staying. I won’t go there again.

Furniture in the room (Executive King Suite) was beat up. There was mold in the shower. Toilet kept running. The in room safe was locked with the door open so I could not close it to secure our valuables. Staff was so so at best.

Breakfast was good, the location was the best! Stores are within walking distance, the beach is nearby also! Pets weren't allowed.

Loved the two bathrooms and the views from our room the location was great for the surrounding areas

No maid service at all...no clean towels, bed was not made and the shower was in need of repair and was not available to use. My husband wanted to check on our account at the hotel but would only talk with me because I made the reservations.
