Great experience for a birthday. The staff was very helpful allowing us to check in early and make sure our rooms were next to each other. We were also able to use a wheelchair for someone in our party. Highly recommend.

Very good location. Clean and good facilities. Stayed for 2 nights. Booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were not cleaned nor made up during the first day. I advised the desk late afternoon and requested that they send someone to make up the rooms. However when we returned late night they still were not prepared! Not expected at a hotel of this standard!

View was great! Bathroom was spacious and well layed out. Loved that there was a shuttle to the beaches. Wish there was more open lounges at pool that didn't have to be reserved.

This property is beautiful. Perfect stay. Only note would be that there is no soundproofing in the door to the hallway.

The room was dated and needed work. Shower leaked at door. Water pressure at shower head super low. Peeling wall lpaper at window area. Room not made up at 4pm, had to call for service. Bed and towels good. Parking was expensive even for hotel guest. The room needed hotel management to find the problems before the guests do.

There was a mix up with my bookings . I had to book two separate days. Staff could not accommodate my stay in the same room. We had to move rooms on the second night.

The parking prices was a little to much, all together room and parking the price was like $200 co workers stayed at the next door at a lower rate The place was clean
