Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort

The Spa is wonderful, the rooms are a decent size. The people at the desk are awful. If you want to find out anything - you are on your own. No info about pool or spa hours or where it is. No info about the restaurants or the shops. Not sure why the staff is not forthcoming with information. They have no map or anything to give you at check in. Also, the rooms are cold. Even when we turned on the heat setting, the room stayed at a brisk 65 degrees.

The resort was great

House keeper, I had to ask for. However, they did a fantastic job and I tipped them good. Some staff in the place didn’t like their job much.

The view. They gave us a room with the best view. That’s the only saving grace. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke! It’s a non-smoking room. And we have our 3-month old with us. Brought this up to them multiple times, and their first and only solution is have someone spray lysol in the room. Which did absolutely NOTHING. Brought this up again and they promised to bring a fan and an ozone sorta thing to eliminate the smell. Neither came, and no action or follow up from them after the lysol spray. We had to buy a freaking air purifier because even for us adults, the smell is terrible! If it’s the vents are the problem, then they have a big problem because our room was in the top floor!!!. Oh and check the coffee machines they have, they never clean that thing. Disgusting. Never again

Hotel is severely outdated. However, the staff was friendly. The rooms are large but need updated. For the price and location, it’s hard to complain. Would stay again for the price.

It was old. I would think that it would have been upgraded by now. It was the same as many years ago when I stayed there. It was clean and comfortable enough. More food options would be nice!

Was charged a resort fee but everything was closed or under construction.

and the pool closed to early at 8.00 oclock. shoud stay open till 9 or 10 pm. and guest should not have to pay for parking....

What I like most about the property was the view from the room. The property felt not well-maintained.

If you want quiet place to stay Yes, but the place was empty vibes to me.

Everything was great overall. The only issue was the air conditioning in our room, it only blew cold air, and the heat did not work. The room was freezing all night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Hotel is about making money

The room was very spacious and clean! All staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. The only downfall to this location is that there were no water fountains available, which is ideal for patrons and hotel guests visiting after a long day of adventures. We later found that water was available at all restaurants per request; however, they do close and do not provide any services thereafter. Key here is being your own water. :)

Ballet's and booking.com refused to give me a senior discount. Both companies told me to get discount from the other company. Never got one. Why do customers have to pay to self park?
