Convenient location. The beds were worn and the light fixture above toilet had a bunch of mold growing inside.

I arrived at 3:30 PM to check in and was told I could pay $25 for early check in or come back at 4 PM. There was not a line at all at the front desk at 3:30 so I opted to come back at 4 PM. But when I came back at 4 PM there was a line of almost 50 people waiting to check in and although there were 3 to 4 agents at the front desk checking everyone in it seems like it took them 10-15 minutes to check in each individual person. So it took forever for me to get to the front desk to check into my room. At almost a $300 cost per night for the room I expected much better service and a much smoother check in process,

I like that there was a big jet hot tub in the bathroom that I wasn't expecting that. Loved the view of Lake tahoe from the room. I didnt like the hallways to get to the room felt a little dirty.

I feel like Lake Tahoe has gone downhill over the years, I’ve been going there for 40 years, used to live in south lake… the hotels are just getting worn out.

Staff was great. Place was very clean. Things like pool closing by 8pm is far too early. Parking 20 per night for a paying guest will probably make me choose elsewhere next time unfortunately. It's not like it was when it was the Montbleu.

Property is a bit odd. Parking garage is so low and no where to leave car while you go check in. Check in line was long and staff was fine at the speed they were at. Property felt old, odd layout - room was fine but old. Like they painted but didn’t remodel. Not sure if I’d go back but location was great Location
