Hotel is ok. Our room was clean. Outside the room the hotel is a little run down, Elevator doors and light fixtures damaged by privious guests 6th floor. Staff really non existent other than check in. Hot tub closes way to early at 8, Really 7:45 when they start kicking you out. Way to early to close the hot tub. Just an ok stay.

Property was very dated. Bed was hard. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

The hotel is looking kind of run down, kind of old and dated. The bathrooms were nice and very large but the toilet seats were worn down and need replacement. Some of the hall lighting was broken. There were not a lot of food choices and a number of places were closed. Still the value was good, and the view of the lake was excellent. I still would come back here if there continues to be good rates.

It's worn down and beat up, carpets are thread bare, paint is flaking off. No late-night restaurants available. Room was ok, but nothing special.

    Very good

constant beeping by elevators, ice station not close, lake view (not hardly!!), very limited eateries and they close early, charged for parking, charged for early check-in (1:30 - 3:00pm), smokey smell, too many add-ons (parking, resort fee, taxes, etc).

Property location and the price were great. Del Sol restaurant was delicious and convenient too. Hotel spa hot tub was closed!! This was one of the amenities we were looking forward to using. Also, the pool closed at 8 PM much too early after eating dinner, to not be able to go use the pool because it’s already closing. Should stay open till at least 10 PM in the summertime when we are there with our family. Pool table game room closed pretty early at 7:30pm as well. Just wished these family friendly activities were open a bit later for the kids as they do not gamble of course!!

I had an amazing time. We stayed to go to Sand Harbor Beach. It’s a 27 min drive but if you want to get in the beach you must follow there directions becuz the line gets long even if you have a reservation. We left @ 9:30 got there in the beach at 10:30 set up time 11:00 beach fun. There is a restaurant, cocktails & more kinda pricey and they don’t talk Apple Pay. Had a lot of fun at the beach and this place was an excellent place to stay cuz it’s close. If you gamble be repaired to lose unless your luck is high. They give drinks just tip and u get more. I love this place will return

Como era un hotel con casino el olor al entrar era terrible, es demasiado tener que pasar por el casino con el olor tan fuerte a cigarro

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Soon as you walk in through the front door of the hotel, it smelled like old cigarettes & it didnt feel clean. The room felt old. The bathroom was clean but, I had to fix the toilet seat. The cleaning staff should make sure the toilet seats are tight when they clean it. Common sense.

    Great value

The stay was less than expected considering Montbleau was here. Staff with exception of Alex and Estefan was mediocre. Room had a nice view. Casino machines were a bust. Bally Rewards were non-existent I will never be staying there again!
