Clean room, smell good, friendly staff. Better than Harrah's, I love the big outdoor pool with lifeguard on duty which is safe for kids

The room was clean and neat. The only downside was that only one elevator was working in our section, but we managed to use the stairs. The location was great, and the pool was amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

I think I should of been credit for 2 days. The property is excellent and top grade. Service was ok could be better.

I have 2 transactions one for parking and resort fee but the other one idk for what and they don't give me answer all they do is transfer me and hangs up. So I don't like that poor service and I want my money back.

If you want somewhere near the strip but not directly on it, this is the place! Not as chaotic and overwhelming as the nearby stays :)

Staff were really helpful. We travelled with cake; the room had no fridge, so we requested one, and it was delivered in minutes.

They are doing construction, and gave us a room right where the construction workers were. No sleep!!! Not ok!

great pool and restaurant choices. prices are a little higher but that's normal for tahoe. room rates were absolutely incredible and location is perfect walking distance. would definitely stay here again

I would have been better off staying at Motel 6. Absolutely no customer service! Hotel room was a joke. The bathroom wall paper was peeling with mold. The ironing board cover didn't even cover the ironing board. I was unable to open the closet door because it was off the tracks. The room had minimal furnishings, a bed , one night stand and a TV stand. No refrigerator and no place to put your clothing.
