Best Western Statesville Inn

The bed was very itchy. I requested a second room and the second room was worse. I ended up going to the Hilton instead.

One of the best experiences! Checking in, great! All explained thoroughly, Lubbie was so helpful even suggesting a place to eat. Everyone we came across was sooo friendly! Room very clean, roomy and comfortable. The pool was such a treat, beautiful and clean! Enjoyed swimming. Breakfast, hot and delicious. Will be booking again soon! Thank you!

This place was wonderful and much better than we expected considering how cheap it was! I 1000% recommend this place!

Overall, this hotel was nice and had a clean room. The towels were clean but they obviously had been around for a while as they were ripped in certain places. The staff in the morning kept trying to turn the room over starting at 9am even though check out was at 11am. I understand wanting to turn the room over for the next guests but I am someone who likes to sleep in and take my time in the morning and they kept coming back. The breakfast was so so and wasn't super hot but it was edible (I didn't have any of the scrambled eggs cause they looked watery even though they were cooked). The main issue with breakfast was their drink machines were broken and they had juice in the fridge as a way to compensate that. They also didn't have any forks either (also why I didn't have the eggs) and I'll admit it was too lazy to go find someone to get a fork. The staff at the counter were really nice and helpful.

Very nice room Bed was too high. Staff scotch taped our TV remote back together but it was still unable to change channels, control volume, etc.

It was a nice hotel for our overnight stay. Only complaint is that the breakfast was not taken care of. The waffle machine didn’t work, and there was no staff to replenish the food dishes. Food ran out by 8am. Otherwise fine

Very clean, updated rooms. Quiet property!

Staff seemed a bit too eager to sell additional services. For the price I would expect better and have experienced much better, Breakfast was cold. Again regular maintenance.

Lubbie from the front desk was fantastic. She went above and beyond to let us know where to get food, groceries, etc.. Our room was huge and staff were very attentive.

Clean rooms with an excellent staff along with an amazing breakfast with plenty of room to park and enjoy yourself so I recommend Best Western to anybody

Wa liked the location. Staff was very kind. When we arrived there were many flies in the room. We were tired and didn’t want to make fuss so we killed them and went to dinner. When we returned we couldn’t go to our room right away because they had painted the sidewalk in front of our door.

Great locations, good food options around! The property was clean and safe. The activity outside the door in the hallway was very loud and woke my husband up a few times.
