Comfort Inn & Suites Statesville - Mooresville

In the morning, the hot water for tea, in the lobby, was brown. We went to a convenience store in order to get a decent cup of tea and coffee. We recommend you stay elsewhere.

First time visiting North Carolina and this was a wonderful welcoming. Thank you so much!

it wasn’t super clean like the pictures

Website showed a pool but pool was filled in, bathroom needed ungraded, breakfast was poor too little choices, room's carpet was poor, chipped area in walls. seemed dirty in general. Staff was good.

Couldn't get the bathroom door to shut. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest.

Conveniently located off highway, quiet, easy checking

Bathroom had black mold, and the room was damp in general. Breakfast was limited due to construction. It was not a good experience at all. Would absolutely not stay again.

Clean , located close to the interstate, included breakfast Bed was a little harder than I like , A little more pricey than I had hoped

We stayed for 3 nights and should have left after the first morning. The breakfast was so poor , all they had was eggs and waffles. Everytime we left our room we got locked out and when I brought this up to the front counter lady she said " yeah" like this was normal. I will be back in the area at the beginning of next year and we will definitely be staying somewhere else.

Great service and great room peaceful

Although under renovation, the Comfort Inn was clean and comfortable. They have pet friendly rooms and a dog run (unfenced) on the property. Overall, it was a good value compared to other expensive hotels. The breakfast was barely sufficient. The only hot item offered was scrambled eggs. Very basic, but enough to get by. I would recommend placing pet friendly rooms on the first floor for easy access to the outside and not having to take pets through the hotel and elevator.

Junk car in parking lot still there from our first visit a month earlier.( (yes I came back after my first stay). Socks were filthy after walking on the carpet for five minutes! Cold coffee in a.m in the lobby. breakfast was marginal- bagel ok, eggs awful.

All of the employees were great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rooms and all were dirty, dingy, and gross. All fabrics were stained and torn and worn. The sheets, shower curtain, carpet, and even the window treatments all worn torn and stained.

The public areas needed a good cleaning. Rhee was what appeared to be a blood smear on the hallway wall upstairs. When I mentioned it I was told “ I’m only a desk clerk”. The breakfast was weak at best. The room was clean. They allowed us to use a small business room to have pizza in with our dogs. There were people outside smoking “skunk weed”. But for the price I guess that’s what you get.

Easy access off expressway. Lots of food places around. Their breakfast was good. Very clean. Rooms were very clean. It’s an older building but it is kept up nicely, Beds were comfortable. Staff helpful and polite. N\A

Nothing The bathroom was disgusting! Lack of a light bulb, the faucet did not work properly. We had a door connected to another room and heard everything! No privacy at all! The bedroom curtains had filthy splatter all over them! This is one of the most disgusting hotels I ever stayed at. If I could get my money back I would definitely go to another hotel
