Room was super huge but not very friendly staff when we checked in. It was Iike she dreaded being there. Person staying above us was stomping most of the night. We checked out at 4;15 am because of it.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. In my experience that comes from employees who are truly valued and given the respect and competition for what they bring to their job. As a team it makes the organization more successful…I hope the owners take stock in this!!! In our current environment we need to stand together and assist each other on this journey with what our strengths and weaknesses are. I’m more with Hilton and will continue to make my stays here with expectations of other being in line with the company values!

Very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Very close to the road, and lots of road noise. Room could use a new coat of paint.

Very nice indoor heated pool, kids loved it. Very helpful staff—both when I went to lobby to ask questions and when I received text message asking if needed anything (extra blankets delivered kindly, promptly. The ‘store’ area with convenience items was exactly that, convenient (but overpriced). Low water pressure in shower, carpet in room seemed dated and would benefit from thorough cleaning.
