Sonesta Select Hotels Statesville

Basic overnight lodging. Building is very bland and drab outside, but nice inside. Built around courtyard containing pool. Nice lounging space. Clean, spacious room, comfy beds, quiet. Good breakfast cooked to order. No buffet. Small gym. Needs some landscaping and weeding.

A short stay here while purchasing a vehicle. It is a very clean and renovated hotel. There was a lot of thought that went into the little touches this hotel offers. The bathroom mirror had a fog free section. Soaps, shampoos and lotion are lavender scented to help aid in sleep. Bottles of water and a few snacks were a plus. The A/C has constant fan. The front desk staff was friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was adequate parking and did not worry about the safety of the antique vehicle on the trailer in the parking lot The bar had nicely prepared grill food and we loved the atmosphere and the staff..The gym was small but very clean and it was nice to work out for awhile from all the driving in a cool, clean area. We would recommend this location and will return if we are in the area again. Also, pet owners... there were no huge fees or deposits. We paid $27.for the dog. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Room was clean, so was pool and surrounding area. Breakfast was great!

The elevator was not working , we were put on second floor and my daughter has dietary restrictions and we have a heavy cooler. Front Staff was very indifferent and said just use stairs. Thanks I really didn’t want to carry down a 50lb cooler daily , other staff were helpful with anything we asked. place was super clean fresh smelling. We stayed before when it was a Ramada and the renovation is great nice breakfast options too

Don't overlook this one. With fresh renovations and a convenient bar/restaurant on site, it truly feels upscale. The rooms are average, but freshly updated and so quiet. The staff is all lovely and the pool area seemed very nice though I did not come prepared to swim. Sadly, I would likely never find myself in Statesville again, but I'm very happy that I chose this Sonesta Select. I was not traveling with my pup this time, but they seem very pet-friendly without sacrificing the clean feel.

Didn't care for the setup of made to order breakfast...older cafeteria lady very rude, demanding me to NOT sit at the table i picked out (sign said "seat yourself")... Found alot of ants on the floor near our table (told front desk)...room was clean and loved the complimentary soap, conditioner n shampoo (smelled wonderful)..didn't care too much about the distance to washer n dryer, very inconveinient....

Newly renovated Ramada and they did an excellent job. Facilities were clean and modern. Cooked to order breakfast was a refreshing change from the usual.

This place was amazing especially for people traveling with pets. They were extremely helpful during check-in. The rooms were very nice and even had a dog bed in the room. The included breakfast (made to order) was outstanding. Will absolutely stay here again.

Sonesta Select Statesville is a newly renovated motel that checks all the boxes! Rooms are roomy and comfortable. There’s a beautiful open courtyard and pool area, and the eating area rivals some restaurants.

Beautiful and large spaces to gather, pet fee was way more reasonable then most. Including a great cook to order breakfast and nice Bar and dinner options

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very hard! Not a fan of memory foam, but everyone is different.

Would recommend this hotel 100%. We amazed at how nice it was.

Great Value. Friendly staff. We were traveling through on our way home from HHI. Loved having the restaurant right there and the food was good. Valerie our waitress was excellent- friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay there again or at another Sonesta. We were able to bring our dog with us to the hotel too. Nothing
