Linens on bed were thin. Air conditioning took for ever to cool room and was really dirty. No soap in dispenser in shower. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast timeline was good. The breakfast food met our expectations and there was a nice variety. Coffee was good. The breakfast area appeared clean and well kept. Our first room AC did not work. The room and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no soap in the shower soap dispenser. The second room AC worked fine. The staff was helpful.

Owner canceled on us for our second stay without warning. Extremely unprofessional.

This room smelled horrible. The room was dirty. We asked for help and were told it was how it was. When we reserved the room we had requested a roll in shower, and called to confirm. But they didn't have one. They offered to upgrade but the upgrade didn't even have an accessible tub. So we had to decline. We ended up checking out a day early and leaving.

Breakfast is always a plus and the selection was good. Coffee was very fresh. Now in the room the only problems were in the bathroom. The bottles in the shower were empty and the sink smelled so bad !! The drain stompter was missing and the sewer smell was so bad I had stuff the hole with a wash towel. It made it hard to brush my teeth or use it. In checking out the girl at the desk seemed to care less when I told her what was going on in our room. Other than that the bed was comfortable..

I love the size of Microtel room. The only issue is the person above me was running and thumping for hours. Breakfast was ok.

It’s a ghetto motel

Held together with duct tape (literally). Ice machines didn't work. Elevator was scary at best. Stains on cushions in room. Pillows were like napkins. Checking out.

We had five groups staying over the weekend. All five rooms the air conditioning was barely working. It was set at 62 and was running in the 70's. The compressors would not stay on. I had to sleep right up next to the unit in order to stay cool enough to sleep. I only slept for 4-5 hours and then had to get up. The filters were really dirty, and the stairwells were not clean. This was not my best experience at a Microtel. Terrible time of the year not to have the air conditioning units working.
