The TV is very old fashioned- u can only watch tv channels, can’t log into any watching apps which is dumb honestly in 2026. Lady behind the counter was not super nice or very helpful The AC in my room clearly did not work and it took them hours to respond to my request. I had to call downstairs multiple times before they did anything and then took hours before they switched my room and didn’t help me move my bags at all. Didn’t express their valet prices beforehand so got charged $50 for one night. Loved the pool and the beach across the street and the location is perfect for me. Was very clean. Not sure if I’d go again unless I didn’t mind watching on my laptop etc

Para poder usar el gym y el spa había que cruzar la collins avenue hacia el otro hotel de su misma marca aparte que cobran un fee de $40 por usarlos. Parqueo tiene un precio de $58 diario. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca.

Don’t waste your money here they offer nothing that is worth the cost of resort fees, parking and room cost total out of packet $380.00 dollars per night .

We loved the two bathrooms two desks twin tvs and separate areas. Highly recommend.

Great location No access to beach or pool when I arrived due to football. Upstairs pool dirty and not cleaned well.

Generally a clean hotel with prompt maintenace and 2 washrooms per room with a queen bed and futon We booked the hotel as we have had good experiences in the past with their great gyms, lobbies, balconies, beach access, classes. The property was sold out to FIFA related client and NONE of those amenaities were available. no gym, no balconies, no beach access, no classes, ... they were uspposed to deduct the resort fees from day one and never did. We are working on a refund currently with booking.com and the property. The staff was hit or miss. either they were dear in headlights useless or they were kind but still useless. They never charged less due to their selling out all the ervices.. this is fraudulent.

The room was listed that it has a sofa bed which it didn't. I would stay elsewhere.

Location The beds were probably the least comfortable beds i’ve ever slept on in my life.

Only the room is nice, we couldn't access the swimming pool or the restaurant, which should have been mentioned when we booked, and we had to pay the full price The service was awful, the air was too cold and we can’t change, we asked at the reception twice and they didn't do anything about that, the staff was terrible
