Free Breakfast was offered as part of the Amenities but was not provided. When asked it was to be paid by the guest separate from the stay. Not correct to offer an Amenity and then not provide it.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! As a seasoned traveler, I’m pretty particular about things in a hotel and this Courtyard Marriott checks every box. Clean, comfortable, quiet, every useful amenity and THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF!!

Everyone, including the man cleaning up outside, greeted me and told me good by were sincere. TV never did figure out how to get a channel.

Room was Clean and COOL when we checked in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we walked to Outback steakhouse, needed the steps after 2 days of mostly driving. However, we could have just as well eaten at the Bistro, which we did for breakfast, Giant bowl of Oatmeal for her and Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich for me (the avacado smear was DELCIOUS!)

Not up to the standard of Courtyard properties I’ve stayed at in the past. Couldn’t get the shower the work and when maintenance came, they said “yeah, this one leaks, so we tighten it extra hard.” So we listened to water drip all night but at least we got to take a shower. 🙄

A free breakfast bar would enhance the value of this stay. We didn't to pay the price of the in house restaurant. NO FREE BREAKFAST BAR!
