The entire place was wonderful The food was still cold like frozen cold but they did their best would stay but won't eat unless it's breakfast

Very clean and the attendant was friendly and accommodating to us arriving after midnight.

For the price of the hotel, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable and significantly affected my stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

It was nice and convenient

Parking lot was very sketchy and totally dark! Room smelled like wet dog and cat urine! Spend the money and stay at a nice motel. We felt very unsafe while staying there.

Exceptional

It was in the city where we needed to be. The room smelled moldy and was incredibly damp. The sheets were moist and damp, even the towels. The smell of moldy was so overwhelming the first night but we’d traveled 8 hours that we just tried to deal with it. After 3 nights, we both ended up starting to get sick. Thank goodness we were only there 3 nights. We were in town for Parents Weekend at FSU and it’s a CRIME that this hotel charged us over $1,000 for our stay when they normally charge $80-$85 a night. Honestly - I wouldn’t even pay THAT much! Sleeping in your car would be a better option. The lobby has a musty smell masked by what seems like a cologne air freshener which, when mixed just makes it smell like “teenage boy”. The staff seemed solid although we didn’t really communicate with them outside of checking in. We dropped our keys in the Dropbox when checking out. The room size was nice but the carpet was sticky and disgusting so you didn’t even want to put your suitcase on it - and that thing has been all over the world. I never took my shoes off and even when wearing socks on the carpet, whatever was on the carpet transferred to my socks. I ended up throwing away 2 pairs while I was there because there was no point in putting sticky nasty socks back in my suitcase. It was 3 nights of very little and uncomfortable sleep largely due to the horrible musty, moldy, and mildewed smell. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

CRAMPED ROOM AND UNCOMFORTABLE BED

The lobby was nice Rusty fixtures in the bathroom. The shower head pulling away from the wall. Needs some updating.

Room was huge and very clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

The room was not cleaned properly. The shower floor was very dirty and there was still food in the refrigerator that had not been cleaned out.

Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were so dirty. Filthy carpet, sticky handles, overall very dirty and would never suggest someone stay here. The staff was lovely, but outside of that, gross!
