What liked most was the lady running it. She was gracious, helpful, and just a very caring person. The first morning she helped me procure the items I wanted, and made suggestions for helping me get it on my walker. The next day my sister-in-law and I went down together and she was just as friendly and helpful. The food choices both days were good. In our room, it was very hard to get in and out of the tub to shower. The shampoo was too high. A safety bar would have been nice at the edge of tub to hold to as I got out. Not enough hot water. I should have asked if you had a handicap room.

Traveling to FL and the night before we stayed in a pit in Memphis. This place was 1,000 times better. Very clean, great front desk, walkable to a decent sports bar. Rooms were very large and bright and clean. We will definitely stay here again!!

Exceptional

Staff were very friendly. Good cookies and free breakfast is always great. Definately an older property but clean. A little musty .

Receptionist need improvement

I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping NEVER showed up. I even had to go downstairs to get new toilet paper

Property was fine, but lots of signs of wear & tear in the rooms, bathrooms and hallways. Definitely need to move the smoking area away from the front entrance because smoke drifted into the lobby. Breakfast was decent and staff was great. Fridge froze everything I put in there. Overall I probably wouldn't stay there again even though it was decent because there are nicer properties in the area for about the same price.

It was a wonderful stay. Greeted with a friendly welcome after 9 hours of driving meant so much. We would stay again when in Tallahassee Florida.

Yes it was clean Our room had no working curtains slept with outside lights coming inside. Bed was very uncomfortable dip in mattress. The shower water was not hot.

when we request for cleaning the room they never sent anyone to clean rather sent when we ready to check out . breakfast is good

I get to the hotel, the system is down for the whole Marriot. Thats fine. I come back hours later when the system is back up. They do not have me a room, DESPITE my confirmation number. ANd guess what? The hotel was completely booked. They were NO HELP!

Coffee was cold, ice maker broken and no carts for luggage to be found.

Very friendly staff & clean.

Only complaint was the hot water was not hot Like warm both evening and morning showers

Nice staff. Like many Hilton properties the a/c was noisy.
