Nothing The only problem I had is that we couldn't check in until late at night because your system was down when I came in to check in from three to 4 o'clock all the way I called at 9:30 at night and it was still down by the time I got there it was 10 and was able to check in and I don't want a full amount back but some kind of discount . Also, I had to go to the back of the toilet because it wouldn't close down to let the water fill the tank so the toilet could be flush.

It was graduation night in Tallahassee and the place was packed. Although a little noisy at 9pm I was surprised at how quiet our night was.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We arrived at 2:30 p.m., understanding that check-in wasn’t until 3, which was fine. But when we returned around 4:20 to check in, we were told the system was down and to wait about 5 minutes. Those 5 minutes turned into more than 5 hours. We were here for a graduation and really needed time to get ready. So we had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. When we came back from the graduation around 9:30 pm. The system still wasn’t up until about 10pm. While I understand technical issues can happen, the lack of communication, accommodation, or compensation was very disappointing. To make matters worse, the next morning housekeeping was BANGING loudly at 10:30am saying checkout was at 11am, even though my Expedia reservation clearly stated a noon checkout. After being made to wait for hours during check-in, it felt rushed and frustrating to be hurried out. Overall, the poor communication and disorganized handling made the stay very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.

We checked in early evening without a reservation. The room is comfortable and clean. The bathroom sink is running very slowly and needs some attention. Otherwise the place was clean. The breakfast was good. My husband actually ate it and he is very picky when it comes to hotel food. The food was hot which is always a plus with him. Plenty of outlets for all our electronics. We will stay here again.

The room was okay. I looked under the bed to make sure we got everything and it was kind of gross. Mold around the drain in bath tub. Asked for more towels and it took forever to get them. I do really love the bigger bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were attached to the shower walls. It’s so nice because I have long hair. I also liked the blinds for the windows. The pool was pretty cloudy but could have been because of the rain. The dog area didn’t have grass. Happy they had a washer and dryer to use. The shower head could change to a hand held. That was super helpful.

We were very pleased with a previous Hampton stay. NOT this time. The room had several carpet stains, the bathroom had repairs which were unprofessional looking, a chipped tub, and the wall-mounted Lotion bottle was pulled out of the wall, neighbors apparently were smoking and the smell came in our bathroom, and things were left in the frig.If I wasnt so tired I would have changed rooms.
