Everything about my stay was great!

I used my Expedia points to pay for my room. I showed my receipt of payment and was told I needed to place a card on hold for incidentals. This is normal procedure. This Hotel charged me for the room anyway and I did not receive any new Hilton points for this ordeal. I have used my points at other Hilton properties, (twice), and this has never happened before. Now Hilton and Hotels.com is asking me to be in the middle of there customer problem. Now I have been told I need to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge. If Hilton does not use 3rd party points any longer, please post this information on your app/site to inform your customers. I would appreciate a response so this will never happen to me again.

I will not stay a Hampton Inn again. I have been an Hhonors member for years and I am very disappointed in Hilton facilities.

Down black out shade didn’t work. No microwave.

Very helpful staff. Great breakfast options.

Beds were not comfortable. Could feel the springs and bed was hard.

Air Conditioning was not cold. They couldn’t check me out even though the room was prepaid through Affirn

Breakfast buffet was amazing rooms were very clean ac was ok didn’t seem to get really cold staff was great

I will not stay there again. TV had digital issues and refrigerator was not working property. The front desk clerk came to our room to validate our complaints & treated us professionally but told us to notify Hotels.com & the corporate offices.

It was a free breakfast so you get what you pay for. It was cold and there were few options, but on the whole it was decent enough we didn't need to stop for lunch. There was no hot water. It seemed like it was a problem they were working on.
