you could not check us in due to data breach and no contingency plan in place have a contingency plan to revert to manual form and all prepaid customers to be registered into a room.

Decent property. Loved the contactless check in. My particular room had several broken items such as the window shade and the bed appeared to be have been cleaned and made awhile ago maybe. Kind of stale compared to the price

Stanley was very helpful to us at check-in and helping us to revise a second reservation. Also Jaylen was a very friendly and helpful bartender. Both made our stay especially nice.

For the price this property was HORRIBLE at best. Staff not real friendly. No complimentary breakfast, pay for everything!!! It was a joke:

The hotel entrance and lobby are really nice and the fragrance is welcoming. The room is nice, the only issue was the room door was sticking. Need to get a carpenter to come and shave it down a little for easy access. They has complimentary cookies in the lobby. I did not checkout the breakfast. The parking lot is not bus-friendly
