Our first room smell, multi and musty. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, the door was offkilter so you had to use your full body strength to open and close it. Additionally, the fan in the bathroom was very loud. The staff was lovely and accommodating.

The entrance area is the only part that feels appealing. The rest of the venue has a low-profile and unimpressive ambiance. There were constant issues with the restrooms and toilets that needed repeated fixes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Clean room, convenient location, parking felt safe. Hotel was beautiful and super fresh clean room. The pool was spotless and fun. Only complaint was staff was very unfriendly. We asked for extra towels and were told they don’t give extra towels, which I’ve never encountered before at any hotel.

you could not check us in due to data breach and no contingency plan in place have a contingency plan to revert to manual form and all prepaid customers to be registered into a room.

Super disappointed at the non-working hot tub, as this was specifically the reason we booked this hotel.

Stanley was very helpful to us at check-in and helping us to revise a second reservation. Also Jaylen was a very friendly and helpful bartender. Both made our stay especially nice.
