Shower was very dirty upon getting in the room and towels were also dirty

The hotel is in a great location and aesthetically well maintained, however Housekeeping can do a lot better of a job of cleaning the rooms. Our room, although at glance appeared to be clean, the more we spent time in there we got to see just how unclean it was. The housekeeper definitely didn’t vacuum the floor there was hair and dirt everywhere, the bathroom looked like the shower had not been cleaned, and there was hair everywhere on the floor, the floors in the bathroom weren’t clean or the sink. Thank God that I travel with cleaning products because I had to literally clean my room. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I can live with it. I would definitely stay another time if the cleaning is better.

Location is great, staff onsite, friendly, helpful and available. Access to multiple restaurants that are close as well as a gas station across street. The room was a little run down. Cosmetic issues but CLEAN, no smells.

This is a great property that we have stayed at several times. I love the location and the property is clean and well maintained.

The rules clean and very large easily fit six people however the tub needed more pressure in the hallway rugs there does a mil do we smell from the entryway the carpets need to be changed and in the room either I need to be changed or some disinfectant or something

Great modern clean establishment at a great location in Tallahassee. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to or through Tallahassee!

Peaceful place

The air conditioning was blowing warm air the entire night. There were hairs on the sink in the bathroom. There was no body wash in the shower. The bathroom floor had several spots where it was not mopped. There were black marks on one of the bed pillows. We were not happy with our stay.

Comfortable beds, big room, enough beds for the family, very good price Hair in the shower not ours, not enough towels booked 4 and only had 3 towels, hair conditioner bottle was empty, reading lights on bed didn’t work, deadbolt would not lock, no ice on our floor, microwave hidden in a cabinet, pool closed at sunset.
