Old and in dire need of updating.

lots of highway noise but overall was a great hotel!

Fist the lobby smells, spend one night the room smells like old carpet even the AC was on, the bathroom was not up to par, the sink had a crack in it, the ceiling had water soak, you can see like black spot, looks like mold. I had 2 babies and didn't feel comfortable staying, I had to leave on 10/30/2022, I will not recommend this hotel. I rather spend a little bit more money and get a better place to stay.

I never stayed as there was a Hurricane.

was not a very enjoyable stay due to unknown fees for parking, no continental breakfast, Foor Points is better.

my stay had a few challenges

Outdated hotel. No security. Drug users on premises. $25/night extra for self parking and was barely able to find a parking spot on night of check-in. Just did not feel safe or comfortable at all during the stay. Much better/newer hotels in the area and at a better price. I would not want to go back here again.

I did not see that parking wasn’t free so be prepared to spend $25/day for parking. The elevator was very far from the lobby. The rooms were ok…there wasn’t a mini fridge or microwave but they brought a fridge when asked. There was a big drier thing in our hallway coming out of the wall obviously drying out carpet or something. I have no idea how this is listed as a 4 star hotel…would not stay here again.

The entire 10th floor smelled like cat urine, and then the process to get to the rooms was long and super hot in the hallways. Rooms were okay, but smell definitely doesn’t make for an enjoyable stay. Front desk employees were nice.

Great hotel. 6 weary travelers appreciated the care and service provided.
