Everything was great, I had to wait for a few minutes for them to get the room ready but other than that it was good. I had to wait for them to make up the bed and get the room ready.

The hotel was dirty trash everywhere Extremely dirty

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The property is about to close out’ and are relocated everything’ including the workers are getting layoffs No good overall

Staff friendly and location near the airport. And the fact that they will be closing permanently on March 5th. There were cockroaches running all over. The fold out sofa was disgusting. Things felt quite uncomfortable or Unclean. Beds weren't comfortable either.

The clerk that checked us in. We had to call from the breezeway twice and wait more than 15 minutes to check in. The hotel is old. Smells of smoke and week. I did not feel that it was clean.

The staff and place is great its quite the staff makes it feel like home they are kind and understanding

Dirty Bugs

Convenient to the airport. There were roaches in the dresser drawers and crawling on the floor. Extremely disappointed.

It was close to the airport We arrived around 11 PM and it was easy to get there from the airport, worse, noting that there is no shuttle services that you have to pay for your own Uber, but when we got there, we were not able to get inside because facility was closed so we had to call the 800 number to speak to somebody at the corporate office so they can call the night clerk so she can open the door. We waited about 30 minutes and when she came, she got us the room as soon as we walked in in the room, we saw cockroaches and we were trying to check out and go to some other place and we were not able to get a hold of her. We were not able to get a hold of anybody. We called the corporate five times and they said that she’s coming, but she never came ultimately we were able to get to different hotel by 2 AM, but we were exhausted and had to come back next day to get the refund.. Horrible experience!

I opted for cancellation and however my money was never refunded. Such a defunct hotel and I am very upset since booking. Com didn’t took any responsibility for processing my refund.

I didn’t like anything it is the worst place ever. My daughter got rash all over her body because the place is dirty. The room was full of cockroaches. Nasty I didn’t like everything. It is a nasty place full of bugs we got rash all over our body because of the bugs
