Best sleep If you’re going to cruise on the margarita, you could park there at the hotel also

The location is very sketchy but the hotel is very nice and clean and the employees are super friendly.

I like how the staff is super nice and respectful and didn't bother us. They were very helpful in our situation. Very polite. Thank you to all staff members in doing their jobs.

I loved the room that I was in, I am disabled and the staff addressed all of my needs, the AC was a blessing. I booked a room because I was going on a cruise, however the staff was so helpful and kind I'm thinking about booking for a weekend just to get away.

The staff is very helpful

It was clean and well staffed I had no issues

The most inconvenient part was the parking. It was not great. We drove from DC and got it at 1am. No parking made it worse. The area is a little sketchy but we didn’t have a problem

I will never use this hotel again and I will advise my bike club to not use this hotel again as well. It was my Tampa Chapter bike club annual party that weekend and a lot of us used that hotel as our host hotel. So everyone that came into town like myself for the party stayed at that hotel. I will make sure that does not happen next year.

Very low price a 5 miles from downtown, but service and breakfast were great.

Friendly staff clean room and comfortable
-
The port shuttle was excellent too. Loaded our suitcases into the van and drove us straight to the port and back. Amazing service!!! This will now become my hotel of choice in Tampa.
-
Very clean. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The area is a little run down but still worth the money

The food looked dirty, but other than that.It was nice

I didn’t stay at this Hotel. We pulled into the Hotel and two homeless guys were sharing a needle in the parking lot. The surrounding neighborhood is the sketchiest place I’ve ever driven. So we decided we valued our lives more than staying there so we cut our losses. This is a hotel that should rent rooms by the hour to night people if you know what I mean. Outside in the parking lot is a lot of homeless people near the intersection that is located near, looks like some prostitutes or sketchy looking women were near the entrance, I had to call the front desk 5 times because the guests in the room next to me was yelling and having a dispute. My minor child and I was so scared. But, I couldn't find another hotel near us for a reasonable price, hence we checked in pretty late from driving 20 hours from out of town. I ended up staying up until around 7 am. I spoke with the general manager the African American lady, she was nice but, she didn't give me a refund. Also the guests who were up all night were kicked out by her that morning but, I feel like they should of been kicked out that night. I stood by my door all night and recording the arguments which u can hear from my room, ridiculous. This is not a family friendly hotel

Peaceful and quiet area.. easy to locate...near interstate.. Kind of out of the way location but still a great place.
