I would never stay at this dump again

They had smoking rooms The roaches

Not enough towels in room. Not even one towel per guest. I asked for extra towels and I got charged for it on my credit card! Like what????? The towel was there in the room but yet you charge me $10 for requesting an extra towel. We had 4 people in our room and only 2 towels! We had 4 double rooms booked, we will never stay here again

Sheets, blankets, and pillowcases had splotches of blood and burn holes. Housekeeping came and made the bed several times but not once was anything changed out / washed. Staff was nice, no issues there.

Pool broken

Didnt end up going here It wouldnt fit my whole family and had to sneak others in so canceled before even staying or checking in.

Face was rundown in a terrible neighborhood. Nowhere to have a secure parking lot.

There was not hot water for the shower. The tub drain needed replaced. Excellent check in yesterday gentleman was very nice. Went beyond our needs. In the morning I advised a different gentleman about hot water and didn’t care. A lot of homeless people were around.

They were nice at the front desk. My room was very dirty, prostites outside, roaches everywhere. I did not stay, I slept in my car. I will never come here again. I went to the front desk to discuss the situation and no one to talk to.

It was alright

Pool was closed vending machines didn't work. And hobos outside

Bathtub needed cleaning. Floors were dirty

He gave me a key to a second room, but when I opened the door, it was full of love bugs and flies because there was a noticeable gap under the door. At that point, I had enough and asked for a refund. I ended up leaving and booking a room somewhere else. Overall, the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and not a place I would stay again.

It was nice

Dangerous location, crackheads and thugs on the property parking lot being loud and obnoxious and harassed me every time I left my room/returned. Was scared my entire stay could barely even sleep, the room doesn’t even smell clean or sanitized, hair on the bed and pillows so I doubt they wash the sheets. I checked out early, too many bad things it’s just not worth it, spend a little more to go somewhere comfortable and safe.

Bad area Vagrants everywhere, The hotel itself is okay but if you going on vacation chose differently,,,,,,,at least find one with a pool. The doors are located outside of the hotel and and my room door was not secure was not aligned and did not close properly. Close enough to the casino but not worth the stay even at 40,00 a night

If u want something of value with simple rooms. And close to the highway to get to where ur going.
