Check in and check out was great. The people in the Lobby were very friendly. The housekeepers were not. Didn’t ask them for anything just being friendly and saying good morning and I got nothing but a dirty look from them or just ignored completely. They are renovating some rooms, I’m hoping we did not get a newly renovated one because the smell was bad. But they use very strong smelling cleaning supplies that caused me a respiratory infection. I had to wash all my clothes when I got home because when I went to hang what I didn’t wear I could smell the room on them. The bathroom door would not shut, the toilet hardly flushed and the bathtub was stained and dirty. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t say anything when I checked out because I knew I would more then likely get the standard answer.

The Welcoming the Girl at the front desk was very pleasant The property was great no complaints

Horrible

Amenity notes: - Pillows and bed superb. Room was clean. - I would not consider their breakfast the worst but certainly not the best. Scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless, sausage meat is good for a dog but perhaps not for human consumption. - Fitness room needs maintenance. The towels nonexistent, the universal machine is worn out and should be replaced, elliptical good, no sanitized towels in the dispenser. Overall I would stay here again.

I loved my stay at Ramada. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint there was the pillows were to soft. But that just my preference. The water pressure in the shower was very strong. To strong for me but again my preference. The breakfast was nice. It was the same everyday but there is an IHOP right in the parking lot if u want other options.

When I arrived...the room I received there was a strong smell and the bath tub was not usable because of stains on the bottom of tub...I tried to get a refund but the clerk told me there is a possibility I would not receive my first nights refund. So I was forced to stay for a night. I awoke in the morning and tried to get a refund for the forced night stated but the morning clerk stated I could have received a full refund at check in and this is what I tried to do initially. The whole experience was not good.

It was a great budget place to stay, very close to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Breakfast included, plus additional food items to purchase if needed. Beds are not great, a bit uncomfortable. Staff was not always available at the front desk because they had to take on many jobs at one time. room itself was fine, not the best, but what I expected for the price.

The king size bed was wonderful! We used the swimming pool and it was great. Unfortunately my husband was in a hurry to leave so I didn't get to enjoy more breakfast.

Pleasant staff, clean room and good continental breakfast. Walking distance to IHOP which was very good

Unsanitary

The staff and lobby were extremely polite and helpful. There is only an Ihop in the parking lot for food. Unless you have a mode of transportation or food delivery, you will have limited options in the lobby to purchase. The outward appearance isn't the best for the hotel, however it does have everything you need for 1-2 nights stay. The pool area was great after a long day in the sun.

It’s not what I expected the rooms were a little bit run down. Smelled a little musky and moldy. The breakfast was okay. If you can I would recommend spending a little bit more on accommodations to avoid coming here. Staff was fantastic though
