This hotel was horrible. When I arrived at my room, my door was open. Room door was damaged. Bathroom was not clean. The property appeared to be great and in a great area.
-
Close to Highway Cleanless, Pool closed, very noisy, smoking everywhere. Room was not very clean, no curtains, just the black outs - either everyone could see in your room or you’re sitting in the dark.

Location very good. Room door was in fair condition. When we visited, there were a lot of bugs, not Ramada's fault. Would like to give 4.5 star

There was a restaurant across the parking lot, the price was right, it was clean, no bugs. Bed was too soft, toilet didn't flush right.

Everyone was very nice and helpful this staff and polite and the breakfast bar and it felt like a safe location. I think the room could’ve looked a little more pleasant the bathroom just needed to be repainted and I think there was something weird in the tub from what I remember like it was beat up or something

Number one I was poisoned by the food. I literally did not get through the meal before I had to run to my room and I actually had an accident getting in my room because I couldn’t get the door open. Then the guy came and told us we couldn’t rebook because my service animal was off the leash because I had to run to the bathroom. Obviously, these people don’t care about you or me avoided all cost.

The staff was awesome. The coffee was not good. The room was clean but old. I think the bed was a full not a queen. The stay was enjoyable.
