Casa Benavides Inn

The breakfast was very nice: the food was prepared to order, the servers were pleasant, and the breakfast room was very welccoming. The room was decorated in an eclectic New Mexican style that I really appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent. The food was delicious. The waitstaff were excellent. The room was very clean. The location was excellent. Near shops & restaurants. Very historic inn. Very beautiful. Did not like the stairs to the bathroom & stairs down to the room. There were a lot of leaves & other debris near our room. Should have been cleaned up. We sat on our patio & it was very distracting.

Facility is run down with mechanical issues.

Location!!! Couldn’t turn off outside lights. That kept the room to light. ( light came through blinds)

This hotel is a true gem of Taos. Steps away from Kit Carson’s home and the Taos Plaza and the best coffee shop in NM (World Cup). It is totally unique in the opposite of corporate. Simply wonderful indoor and outdoor space.

This is a beautiful old place in a great location. We walked all over Taos from here. The breakfast was delicious. The service in the breakfast room was great. The bed was hard as a rock.

The Breakfast was our primary reason for staying a second time here. The staff was great, service timely and food outstanding! The room was a bit dated. Yes, the hotel is old, but it needs a face lift.

The location was wonderful and the whole place is like a museum filled with beautiful art in every nook in every direction you look. Stayed in a big beautiful room (Rio Grande) with skylight, fireplace and big comfortable bed. Wonderful homemade breakfast!!!!
