Budget Inn Motel

The room was clean, but the area that the hotel was in was very shady.. the person checking us in was not very friendly but not rude either.. they have zero amenities at this hotel

The wall we’re so thin we heard a couple across the way fighting until all hours of the morning until management had to come and tell them to leave and then even after that they continue to fight

The outside of the hotel misleading to the updated room interiors. The show and toilet room was very nice and appeared to have been done recently. The rest of the room was clean comfortable. Good motel at a very reasonable rate. I'd stay there again.

An older property with some nice remodel. Very clean, excellent shower, comfortable bed. A good room for the price.

It was a really nice room, helpful front desk receptionist. The only problem I had with the stay was extremely noisy neighbors in the next room.

The room was very clean had great sheets and the bed was very comfortable. The staff didn’t speak English very well and was not very helpful with our needs for linens in the bathroom and we’re not available in the morning when we needed assistance

Location hard to find! Office tucked away on the main a street with most of the rooms behind. Person running the front desk couldn't provide any information on location of things in town and no local maps available. Inconvenient and frustrating!

I would definitely stay here again. The price and comfort were a tremendous value and exceeded my expectations. Easy access to/from the freeway.

It was ok There was a violent argument from someone at 3:00am the staff did nothing about it, finally I had to call the cops. Plus they had all the appliances wired on a switch so noheat, microwave

Staff friendly, facility in good area, away from traffic yet local enough to browse shops & restaurants.

Enjoyed the stay, the staff was nice, the room was clean and the price was just right. One of the better places I've stayed at for a reasonable price.

Unless I was a foreigner I could hardly understand their language. The HBO was very poor and the TV did not work when we got there we had to have them come up and install something that was not installed. And that's about it other things were kind of okay for a very inexpensive stay other than the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable

Human hair on bathroom floor. Damage to walls in 2 spots. Some kinda liquid spill all over the heat and a/c unit. Room had a light smell of cigarette smoke until you turn on the heater unit and the cigarette smell increases dramatically. Entry door had signs of being kicked in, in the past.She tried to charge me a $100 deposit despite my booking the room on Expedia. but me using my credit card may have changed her mind. Will not be returning.

property and room were clean, so clean that it was an overwhelming smell of bleach. the shower didn't work and the faucet barely ran hot water.

It was clean. Lady at desk was a little short with me. Also, didn’t understand why I had to come back in the morning & wait for them to check my room before she would refund my deposit. Not a huge deal but we did wait til last minute to leave so waiting on that made me late for next event

I made a reservation online and when I got to the property I was going to be charged a deposit. I was then charged for my room again. I called and they told me that my money would be back on my card within 5 to 7 business days Staff’s attitude

The owners/managers were decent/polite to deal with. The room was never restocked with clean towels or linens. We asked for a clean towel and were told it would be brought later. Several hours later we received 1 towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth for our family. One of the towels appeared to have a mold spot on it. We asked for garbage bags, never received them. Our kids team was out of the tourney a day early and we asked for the one day to be refunded and were told no. There was limited parking. I asked to park in their “visitor” spot and was told no. The owners/managers then proceeded to wash their car in that spot and left the car parked there for a few hours.
