This is a cute place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Our room has a kitchenette which was great and very reasonable price. Restaurant on site. Would stay there again

Great stop. Clean, comfortable nice rate. Second time staying here on the way to the Oregon coast. Will be back again!

Because of the unsanitary conditions and overall poor quality of the room, we were unable to stay and had to cancel the remaining two nights of our reservation. We expected a clean, comfortable room and were very disappointed with our experience.

My family always enjoys staying at Cousins Country Inn on our way to and from Oregon to visit family! We love that they are affordable, pet friendly, and that the rooms are spacious and comfortable. On our last visit we had some issues with the a/c unit in our room that made for a less than comfortable stay on a warm summer night, but management was extremely supportive, and the manager, Josh, comped us on our return stay, which was much more comfortable!! We love the familiarity of our stays there when traveling through the area, and will continue to book with them in the future! The restaurant on site serves yummy, homestyle meals, and we enjoyed having Joel as our waiter again on this trip; his attentive service alone is a treat! Ask for him if you get the chance! The check in staff are always super friendly as well, and on this last trip, housekeeping even called us right away when they realized that my grandson had left his toy tractor behind in the room when we checked out! Thanks again for another great stay!

Good people friendly staff on the entire property

Great place to stay on a budget. The room was clean but a little dated. Staff super friendly. Nothing to complain about.

We only were there for 1 night. The check in was easy. Rooms need updated. Windowsills could use a good scrubbing. Our TV didnt work but they replaced it with no issues. Food from their restaurant was good.

Very clean and the staff was great!

There are other hotels to stay at in The Dalles, but I keep coming back to Cousins. The staff is always friendly (even if they are busy). Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I’ve never been disappointed with the hospitality at Cousins!

I was traveling with a pet and the front desk was very helpful to accommodate me when I arrived. The first floor has several pet friendly rooms I will definitely stay here comfortably the next time I'm in the Dalles

Room was clean and overnight it was quiet so we could sleep well. We were staying here to split up a 10 hour trip to the Oregon Coast. Our daughter is disabled and struggles with long car rides. I would rate it higher but $175 for one night seemed a bit high.

Great everything. A blast from the past as far as great customer service, taking care of the property and reasonable pricing. A joy.
