Room was clean and updated. Everything was fully stalked and ready for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of good food and options.

A safe spot to lay over on your travels. Relatively clean. Our carpet had some pretty awful stains and was dirty, but the bathroom and sheets were clean. Good spot if you have dogs with you, and there is a nice grass area out back for potty breaks. Loud as it is right off the freeway but it served our purpose well.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in The Dalles was wonderful. The room was spotless, with plenty of supplies that we needed to have a comfortable stay. The morning breakfast had an extensive variety and all items were delicious. The staff were all very responsive to all our needs. Our kid also really enjoyed the pool. We are looking forward to staying there again!

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The room was clean, fully stocked with all the essentials. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Not one thing was negative.

Staff was very helpful. They sent someone to adjust the window shade when we couldn’t. Unfortunately we never mastered it ourselves so jury rigged it each day. Cookies on arrival were nice & daily breakfasts were great!

Breakfast area was great. Not as happy with the desk staff at check-in. Asked for top floor, got 3rd floor instead. Advertised cookies in the evening, but no cookies were provided. Clerk said frozen shipment had not come in. Ice machine was broken the night we were there but was fixed by next morning. Room was nice so we were happy with that.

Very quiet even on the main floor. The handicap room shower needs a longer shower curtain. Too much water gets on the floor. Also, the lighting is really poor over the sink in the bathroom. Also, one of the little side lights by the bed did not have a lightbulb.
