Average is how I would describe my stay. The continental breakfast could have more options….
-
Provide simple to go breakfast.
-
The room was very clean. The heater/AC unit is kinda noisy but it kept the temp well. The breakfast was sparse. Cold cereal, toast and waffles. No muffins or fruit. Coffee was good.

Bed bugs and not help from Expedia
-
Easy access

The clerk the next morning apologized, but said she could not compensate us because we had gone through a 3rd party (Booking.com). It left a huge bruise on my friend’s hand…huge.
-
Breakfast offered consisted of coffee and a waffle. Should just not say breakfast included.
-
The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable; the clothes hanging rack was broken and falling off the wall; the seating in the dining area was not clean; overall it was ok, but not worth the money spent for our three night stay. I’ve stayed at better lower budget hotels.

Even though the location was central and close to the highway, we didn't have issues with road noise. The bed was not firm - my husband has a back injury so this is an issue. It was ok for one night but wouldn't have wanted to do more than that.
-
The tub made quite a few creaks every time one of us would move. It was a but loud and not fun when showering. We were in 306.
-
Super easy check-in. Very clean and updated
-
The front staff was very helpful. Check in was easy. The breakfast was good. It was close to downtown and nature areas, particularly the Columbia River, fam, and state park. The TV was pretty small.
-
Hotel has had a remodel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was pretty good. The lobby and hallways were not air-conditioned so it was hot but thankfully the rooms were.
-
Value, clean Limited breakfast options
-
Room and hotel were clean, staff friendly, but the bed was harder than a ROCK!! and the bathtub creaked and cracked every time you moved, was afraid it was going to fall through.
-
Best value for money in town and best breakfast.

Diana at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. There were bedbugs that bit up my grandson. They moved them to another room, after inspection, there were bedbugs there as well. We asked for a refund and given one for two nights, but still charged us for that night. It is unexceptable and should not have to pay for May 30.
-
Urine around the toilet base. Dried blood on the tissue box. Whole floor sticky. Dirty medical tape stuck to side of bathroom counter.
-
Nothing fancy, but everything you need to have a good stay and get on your way.
-
Clean friendly certainly located to everything I needed. And the fact there was a fridge and microwave was perfect for me.
