The location could not be better, right off the freeway, 24/7 Denny’s restaurant next door, walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store and shopping area. Only two things I was not ok with, the beds are noisy and the parking and hallways were very dark after sundown. I had to watch my every step going up or down stairs to feel safe.

Unclean room and unhealthy, with odd things under the bed covers Not welcoming for families or children.

Your typical roach motel, cheap, get what you'll pay for don't clean the rooms unless you tell them to not my style.

Strange hotel. Require knew renewal daily , staff flashes light into your room at night..poor cable choices

Check-in took over 30 minutes. I had received a confirmation mail hours before arrival but was told they never confirmed my booking. They did not have a room that we booked (2 queen beds). We were initially given a room with a king size bed and then moved to 2 full size bed room with missing amenities (no TV, no closet, etc.) after they realized we were a family of 3. Partial refund was not offered deapite the downgrade. Floor was dusty especially in bathroom. Cockroaches coming out of drain. Woman yelling and cursing on the phone all night right outside of our room. Worst hotel experience ever.

It was a 2 star hotel . Nothing more.

E offered a refund but that’s it. Damage was done and I spent the early morning hours heading backwards to LA in search of a place to sleep. In short, this motel overbooked and E did nothing to help the situation beyond the bare minimum and I was left holding the bag. Even some advance notice of an overbooking would have allowed me to find a new arrangement and avoid a ton of stress. But no communication occurred AT ALL. Bad business all around. Buyer beware.

Conveniently located right off the freeway, with a 24 hours Denny’s restaurant next door, within walking distance from a shopping area and Starbucks, plus a clean room and big screen tv…who could ask for anything more?

We booked our room through Expedia and showed up at the property to be told we had no room available for us.

Broken toilet seat, roaches , false advertisement about smoking room also had to walk off property also get charged an additional 50$ deposit upon checking in no where does it say that on the website horrible experience and Expedia was no help either

So I asked why they said no reservations no room, so I leave and went to another hotel place, Front desk person didn't help me at all
