Charged me smoking fee cause there were signs of cannabis in the room. not smoking. never smoked in the room. refused to hear any logical defense, no policy was broken. they did not want to review.

Great place for 3-4 people or a small family. Very clean, great location - close to restaurants, coffee, the beach - and nice having laundry and a kitchen. Was able to bring my dog for a $55 fee, which was worth it. Only down side is parking, though there is an overnight garage a block down, $25/day. Would stay again!

It was very easy to check in and self explanatory. They will send you a link to upload your ID and choose a method for incidental damages. I chose the $250 refundable method and provided a credit card. You have the option to pay $50 for parking but honestly, the parking garage is a block away and it's $25 overnight. We chose to get the parking ourselves. The link they send you gives you detail by detail instructions (and pictures) on how to get to the property as well as where to go and how to get inside. They put a lot of work into it and I appreciate that. I'm always nervous about going to unfamiliar places. Their guide was very helpful. As for the room, think hotel. It was very clean inside and had the space of a hotel room with 2 queen beds. We had a party of 3 and there was plenty of space. As someone else had mentioned, I do wish there was some kind of little table to sit at. We ordered pizza and sat on the floor as to not dirty the white bedding. The bathroom was nice and had bottled soap and lotion at the sink. They smelled very nice. We did not use the shower as we were headed to the beach for the day and would shower afterword, so I can not comment on that. It looked nice though. The room was in a great location and walkable to pretty much everything downtown. We even walked over to the beach by taking the tunnel. Overall, very nice place to stay and we would stay again.

I paid for parking but the lot was poorly marked. The property also needs a curb free loading area for guests checking in. It seems to be designed for long term tenants.

The noise from rooms above is very audible, especially when guests are walking around. While it is stated on the description of the hotel that there is no on-site parking, this adds to the cost of already pricey stay. In addition, whether a guest finds metered parking, a parking garage, or the rare street parking, the walk to the hotel will be several blocks. The plus is the location.

Lots of stuff to do, whether you want to go to the beach or eat at many of the local restaurants within walking distance there’s plenty to do.

There are no staff onsite, so check-in is virtual, but they really missed the mark. We were one of three guests attempting to check in using the recommended process, but we all had to call for assistance. It was timely and quite inconvenient. The building itself was clean, as was our room mostly. We had a couple minor issues with the room - we called to inform guest services, but they had no staff onsite to address our concerns and no other rooms available. Overall, it was an okay stay - everything seemed nearly brand new and it was a convenient location. Oh, parking is extremely expensive. We found a parking garage 5-10 minute walk away with free overnight parking, so we did that.

Location was great There weren’t shear privacy curtains. Either you had the curtains open and other guests staring in your room or you had the curtains drawn and no natural light.

Will definitely stay here again, drive my dog up to Traverse City, it worked well. One this is the parking.

Was nice, will stay again

Virtual check in was terrible. $50 to park per day in unsecured lot. No toilet paper. 1 towel per person for 2 days. No staff to help anyone. No vending machines. Not worth the money at all. Pictures will show the parking and the dirty towel is from the nasty floors

Easy contactless check in. Clean and comfortable. I'd stay there again!
-
Small room. No place to unpack or place clothes. No closet, no telephone in room, no front desk, elevator was not working, circut breaker kept tripping when tv and coffee pot were on at same time, but don't worry the property company eventually will text you and tell you how to fix the issues yourself. No on site parking.
-
We were given a small apology for the late check-in and dirty room, which I suppose is better than being ignored. Hopefully they will fix the cleaning issue for the future because it has lovely potential!
-
The price was very reasonable compared to the hotel next door. Room was nice and clean. Only complaints are 1. Coffee pot wasn’t working (they replaced it the 2nd day), 2. Had to request additional toilet paper and cups.

Room and the location was great. Just one of the curtain could be longer to reach the ground. I had to put my luggage there to block out the view from the outside lol... The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I came back to Traverse City.

After the initial pre check in, everything went as smoothly as possible. From accessing codes, to communication about rooms and accessibility, it was easy to find everything. The property was extremely clean, very quiet, and everything you could hope for. Even though parking was not included and an extra fee, being right downtown within walking distance from shops and restaurants was worth the extra cost. There is also a balcony on the 5th floor with multiple seating options that made it really nice. I would stay again.

Clean property in a great location

The room was absolutely beautiful after everything was said and done but there were a few small issues that I had. I received a message that my room was ready when indeed it was not. Also, I had no dishwasher tabs and no laundry tabs and since there is no front desk, I had no way of asking anybody for some.
