Very clean and nice room. Perfect walkable downtown location. Parking was available across the street but was not aware of additional $50 daily fee until after booking. Would still highly recommend and likely return.

We parked on the road out front both nights, but got a $15 parking ticket the second night... Considered it a deal since it was a lot cheaper than paying $100 to the rental agency for parking out back!

A beautiful space so close to downtown. It was perfect in every. The bed was super comfortable. We will definitely seek out more Boardwalk properties for our future vacations.

We had a first floor unit which had extra tall ceilings. It was a clean unit with fun extras like canned water and chips. Shower was hot and nice products. Our only complaints were the expensive parking and the bed itself though comfortable was really creaky.

For a boys trip it was nice to be within walking distance of everything downtown. Paying to park after paying for the room was a bit annoying, especially at $50 per day. We stayed 4 days and the towels were never replaced with fresh ones.

Great location, right downtown TC, spacious and clean.

Very good value for the price. Dog friendly. The only inconvenience was having to park in a parking garage a block away. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This is our go-to place to stay in Traverse City. If you are looking to be right downtown then this is the place to be. Property feels brand new - tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, fully functional kitchen, spacious bathroom. The bayview one bedroom suites have a wonderful view of the water.

Great accommodations and location. Parking is too expensive.

Room was excellent. Very clean and upgraded. Loved the view from the rooftop patios. Great location near the bay and restaurants and shops. $50 for nightly parking seems a bit much. Would recommend to others to stay here.

There is no front desk. There are two elevators, when we arrived only one was working, and it was VERY slow. When we left neither elevator was working. We had to carry our bikes down 3 flights of stairs then we had to carry our luggage down those same 3 flights of stairs. That was a pain on the butt. No one on sight to call for extra pillows or towels. There was no closet, dresser to unpack and no iron.

Quiet and clean , walkable to Front Street Lack of parking, no zone for unloading or loading resulting in tickets if car is in front of doors- which is a NO parking zone- do not leave your car to move luggage
