Simply put, awesome place for the weekend. Full kitchen and laundry. You’re basically in a 1 bedroom apartment. There are a couple grocery stores close by. The location is a block away from the shopping district. All in all, fantastic place to stay.

This was a nice clean room - not all units have the kitchen and living room area, so be aware of that. Location was really great - just walked everywhere! A great place.

    Nice staff. Clean. Comfortable

    Nice room and property.

    It was very clean though.

Nice surprise for those with modern electric transportation was that the Larry Hardy Parking structure a block away has 7 good free! level 2 chargers (7kW) and is the rare location that permits parking overnight. Also the even closer to the building is parking lot T(?) with four 11kW chargers (for $). This was likely the very best place we’ve stayed at in TC. Been coming up to TC ever other year since 2000. 👍

I enjoyed the clean property, prompt responses from management, and the dog-friendly property.

The hotel room provided all that we needed, but it was very “bare bones”. Everything was very white. Very modern? It was very clean.

I like the property, my only complaint was that it was to sterile. Like no real thought went into the space. It definitely was clean, but could have used some more pictures, rugs and a dresser and TV in the bedroom. It just really felt sterile for that amount of money. I don’t think I would stay again.

The location is absolutely perfect with access to all that Front Street has to offer. Walk a few blocks to the wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and retail shops. Or to the beach of Lake Michigan. 10/10!

Location - hidden costs making it about $100 more than expected, no front desk, help was multiple phone calls to a foreign county

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Location was good. Room was clean Charged $200 for parking, room was hot, not enough towels and no housekeeping, building elevators were unbelievably slow, $250 for incidentals, charged $8 for a towel that had makeup on it.

However, parking is very expensive (not disclosed when we first booked the room!) & you'll have to lug your suitcases across the street where there's no crosswalk. Also, storage is almost non-existent - no drawers or closet, just a few hooks, so forget about unpacking. That's ok for a night or 2, but might not be great for a longer stay. The bathroom shower curtain doesn't reach the floor, so water gets all over the floor. Lighting is bad - harsh overhead or tiny booklight-sized lights mounted by the beds. No table or chairs - just a narrow-depth shelf (~12"??) running under the TV & a small ottoman. The exterior door handle was loose & very hard to turn. Checking in with the app was clunky. They're going for a European vibe, but they just don't have it.

This is not a fancy property, but it is new, airy, bright, and comfortable. Best of all it is right downtown, and is dog friendly, a requirement for us.

Charged me smoking fee cause there were signs of cannabis in the room. not smoking. never smoked in the room. refused to hear any logical defense, no policy was broken. they did not want to review.

Great place for 3-4 people or a small family. Very clean, great location - close to restaurants, coffee, the beach - and nice having laundry and a kitchen. Was able to bring my dog for a $55 fee, which was worth it. Only down side is parking, though there is an overnight garage a block down, $25/day. Would stay again!

It was very easy to check in and self explanatory. They will send you a link to upload your ID and choose a method for incidental damages. I chose the $250 refundable method and provided a credit card. You have the option to pay $50 for parking but honestly, the parking garage is a block away and it's $25 overnight. We chose to get the parking ourselves. The link they send you gives you detail by detail instructions (and pictures) on how to get to the property as well as where to go and how to get inside. They put a lot of work into it and I appreciate that. I'm always nervous about going to unfamiliar places. Their guide was very helpful. As for the room, think hotel. It was very clean inside and had the space of a hotel room with 2 queen beds. We had a party of 3 and there was plenty of space. As someone else had mentioned, I do wish there was some kind of little table to sit at. We ordered pizza and sat on the floor as to not dirty the white bedding. The bathroom was nice and had bottled soap and lotion at the sink. They smelled very nice. We did not use the shower as we were headed to the beach for the day and would shower afterword, so I can not comment on that. It looked nice though. The room was in a great location and walkable to pretty much everything downtown. We even walked over to the beach by taking the tunnel. Overall, very nice place to stay and we would stay again.

I paid for parking but the lot was poorly marked. The property also needs a curb free loading area for guests checking in. It seems to be designed for long term tenants.

    Parking.

The location was excellent. Bed was comfortable and the entire experience was great. Price was very good as well. One snafoo--the key code to our room stopped working. The batteries died or something. Because there was no true front desk it took almost two hours to resolved. Thankfully we were able to make the most of it and left to eat. We had been hiking all day and would have preferred to shower and change first but it was pouring rain anyway and made for a memorable adventure as we got soaked. (so good that we didn't change, ha!)
