Amazing hotel. The jacuzzi tub was great. Ceiling fan was VERY dusty and there were spiders all over the inside of balcony door. Housekeeping needs to be dusting and cleaning windows.

The room was not cleaned well. Carpet snd floors gritty from sand. Dead bugs everywhere. Screen door was torn. Front desk attendants not friendly. They told us to “read the fine print” when we inquired about missed housekeeping. Please be aware…no elevator!

The location is perfect! Being able to walk from our first floor balcony right to the beach was amazing. The bathroom situation was tough. The shower was small, the baseboards very dirty and paint chipped. Overall just a very gross feeling area.

The room was spacious and quiet. Bed is very comfortable and the key tub was relaxing. I'd recommend this hotel as a destination spot, ideal location, and prefect place to unwind.

Great location

The location is amazing! Not one bad view. I was surprised at how quiet the hotel is considering it's off a busy street and doors are outside. The room grew on me as I stayed. Very clean! It is outdated in some areas, but I honestly liked it. I was surprised that you got many tv channels. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is grab and go, but the coffee is amazing and the best coffee I've had in a while. I like that you can go and grab coffee throughout the day! The breakfast items were actually decent. Fresh fruit and yogurt. You cannot beat the location. The price is worth it for the location and pool. The private beach is very clean. Many chairs to choose from. The sand is clean. There is a beach volleyball net and two huge fire pits. Ii personally would suggest a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony every morning and night was very peaceful! I booked again for next year! There is nothing that I didn't like. I do have a few suggestions. Everything was very clean in our rooms , which is probably hard to keep clean, considering the hotel is on the beach. I would maybe change the color of the baseboards.. They are white and you can see everything. I also would suggest cleaning up the outside stairwells. There were a lot of cobwebs , etc and I would also add more outside lights in the stairwell. For safety reasons. One thing that concerns me a little is an element of sketchy people walking around. It's a busy street and not sure all of the people were with the hotel , but it was a tad concerning. The office closes at 10:00pm. I would suggest more outdoor lighting and maybe even look into hotel security. Nothing happened, but just because the hotel doors are outside and customers have to use the stairs to get to their rooms. I would also add, the water on the beach is pretty shallow. Which avid swimmers may want deeper water.

A view that is certainly unbeatable, however if you are a clean freak or cannot tolerate some bugs and/or typical lake-front property critters, this is not your spot. General cleanliness or the floors, corners, and bathroom area was suboptimal but manageable for 2 nights. Would recommend if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, short getaway and can tolerate those minor things.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location right on the beach was beautiful, the room was comfortable and we absolutely loved having the jacuzzi. The small kitchenette with a microwave was also a great idea and very convenient. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back❤️ Nothing major, just a few small suggestions that could make an already great stay even better. My husband is a smoker, and while we completely understand and respect that smoking is not allowed on the balconies, it would be nice to have a small designated smoking area outside with a bench and an ashtray. At the moment, guests have to go to the parking lot or their own car. We also noticed cigarette butts on the ground, so a proper designated area might help with that as well. Since we had the jacuzzi, a small shower gel or body wash nearby would have been a nice touch. The kitchenette was very useful, but having a couple of basic items such as plates and cutlery would make it even more practical. And one little surprise the pool was advertised as heated, but the water was definitely quite cold! I would have loved to use it, but it was a little too chilly for me. These are really just suggestions, because overall we had a great experience and really enjoyed the hotel.

Excellent hotel! Staff is amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The room is delightful!

Lamp covered in stains and dead bug hanging off lamp shade. AC is VERY loud, had a hard time sleeping. Paper we were handed said after 3 days, housekeeping would be in to replace towels and take out trash and that never happened.
