The hotel was conveniently located near the Somerset Collection. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Only stayed for one night but it was decent nonetheless.

This hotel was in a great location! Convenient access to Somerset Mall and the I-75 freeway. It’s a quiet hotel with standard amenities. Nothing upscale as far as bathroom accessories but rooms were clean and the housekeeping service was excellent! We had adjoining rooms which was perfect for our stay. Check-in was rough and not what I expected from a prepaid Hotels.com room. They couldn’t find the reservation and took forever to get us checked in. I can’t say whether this was staff lack of understanding or if it was truly a booking problem on the part of Hotels.com. But all in all, the stay was great and it was a perfect location for anywhere you wanted to go

when i had to call about wifi ( which was always shutting off) i was asked if i was moving about the room! ( as if the only way to get wifi is to stand still!) . This " hotel " needs renovation and training on service! walking in a seeing a gift shop out of business gives a clear indication of what is in store

the late night receptionist was a delight. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Really enjoyed the lady checking us in too. Hotel was very clean and nice location.

I found the room to be very clean and equipped with most of what I needed for a comfortable stay, including some equipment (grab bar and non-slip bottom in the bathtub) that was a pleasant surprise that made me feel safer than in other facilities I have stayed in. The staff was always patient, helpful and thoughtful in meeting my needs. The one negative I found was that the bed pillows were very small and rather uncomfortable. It would also have been nice if breakfast was provided at no additional cost.

It is very outdated. The furniture, carpet etc was old. The lighting in the lobby and rooms were dull and lacked the brightness that would really highlight its unique features.

We spent 4 nights and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and took a walk along the adjacent golf course. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast one time and it was adequate.

Even after discussing with the hotel manager, and declining to pay, they still put it on my Amex.

Cleaning staff did a great job. Had a shrimp dinner another day and it was delicious and the waitress was good. The coffee maker was broken the first morning and it took a while to get it replaced but I did get it my the next morning

The staff at this beautiful hotel provided an excellent stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Had a problem with the water temperature in the bathtub. We let the staff know there was a problem and they were going to look into it.

There was no microwave in the room and no breakfast. A housekeeper also attempted to enter our room without knocking or announcing herself in any way, over an hour before checkout time. The property was clean and quiet but I would not stay here again.
