Desert Diamond Casino & Hotel

Very nice place to stay and play. Not a whole lot of eateries though.

Everything was great. We just came at the time of pool renovation. It was posted and didn’t hinder our plans. Close to the airport and nice place to stay.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, check in was easy, and the casino was generous!

Everything was great. Only thing is the pool was closed due to remodeling. Our next door neighbors were extremely loud and would wake us up at night. Overall the place was in great condition and the staff was great.

Here now & checked in for the first date night we’ve had in a while & it’s ridiculous. If you’re not already a priority member then go somewhere else. We won’t be back. It’s our first date night in a while so the casino seemed like a nice all in one idea. We waited 45 minutes in line for the buffet to finally walk away & go to quick service since we aren’t priority so they kept taking the priority line. Literally 17 people/families taken before us when we just stood there …waiting. They should have priority line up at 3 and us reg people 4. Home is 1.5 hours away so we are just gonna stay today but will not be back. I’m sooooooo mad right now. On my date night! We even said something & we’re ignored. They just said “next in priority” while looking at us. Edit: now that I’m not hangry & I’m home with time to reflect. Go somewhere else. Not worth it. I will say, the check in guy was very nice & the bartenders were good. If you go, take your own TP & pillows. Thank goodness for my hubby who made the night better. There was also a very foul smell in the areas walking from the hotel to the casino. I had to block my nose each time we went through. My hubby too.

Clean room just not enough places to eat there at the casino.

A very nuce hotel which is far enough from the casino, a few minutes away. Comfortable room with good bed and pillows. Huge, well lit, parking lot and plenty of security on site. Will surely stay again.

Really enjoy my stay. The rooms were clean. The only criticism I have is that the refrigerators didn't have a freezer in them.

The hotel and the room itself were great. However, the coffee maker was broken in our room. And I felt that security well .excessive. I felt like I was being watched every move.I made. But all in all, it was a great stay. except for no pool.

The staff sucks they are fvery direspectfull
