Pretty run down. Room smelled of weed,man arrested outside my front door. Nice staff.

The place that it's not clean.We have to ask them to clean the place, and they have ants in the room in the bathroom, and they want us to clean the room, they don't want to do anything they handle door is broken, and his body can come in. The manager so lazy they don't want to do nothing.I always ask him about the bag.Garvers, they don't not have.We have to buy some, and they have a.Weird people living there?I give it one a start.

Very nice and organized

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Seattle. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was super clean, and everything was well maintained. The bed was very soft, so I slept comfortably every night.

If you are a light sleeper (like myself) a bottom unit may not be ideal if you have people staying above you. Its like a typical townhouse unit. We're easy travelers, so overall it was a great place to stay. The property was well kept and the staff was very friendly and easy to work with throughout our booking and stay. We will definitely book again in the future

King size room - large space, comfy furniture, a full sized kitchen with new appliances, cleanliness was at the high level The ceiling fan in the bedroom was somewhat hanging loose which needs fixing, so I refrained from using it. Still leaving a good score though

Pros: Room was clean, kitchen was sufficient, spacious Cons: Why doesn't a place like this have more rollaways? It looks like much of this property is used as temporary housing. A car next to our was up on blocks with no tires. But we never felt unsafe

Although the staff was friendly and the property was pretty clean and organized, they really need to fix the problem with the Wifi connection. This is particularly frustrating to me since I am working remotely, and there was no wifi both in my room and any of the surrouding areas near the resort, except for the only main office for front desk check-in guests. One night I had to stand outside of the office (since it was closed after 10pm) just to finish my work for hours with a with a 52F temperature. Still, I do appreciate the help from the manager, Travis, for trying to resolve the problem with the Wifi.

Was nice

Surrounding greenery and water fountains were awesome. Patio view was also very relaxing. Overall enjoyed and would return. Bathroom faucet and shower were loose and were told couldn’t be fixed. Ants started showing up in bathroom on 3rd day. Lamp in living room partially broken. Requested king size with riverside view. Received queen no riverside view. Had to request rate adjustment. Had to call Wyndham 3 times to confirm stay. Couldn’t be located in their “other” computer. All ended up cleared up.

Spacious living room, beds were nice The bathroom was disgusting. There was curly hair all over the outside and inside of the door, on the walls and counter. A dirty was rag hanging from the shower curtains. I asked for it to be cleaned, and they only wiped the outside of the bathroom door, and it was still dirty

Middle of the road in terms of quality. I'd describe it as adequate. We only stayed for one night and if we needed to stay longer I wouldn't have booked it. But it's totally fine for a one night stay near the airport.

The assessable room itself was great, however, there was nothing to hang up our clothes in the closet - no closet pole and no hangers. They finally provided a make-shift clothing rack. Also, it was hard to figure out the heat so we froze at first. The heater and air conditioner were combined - unusual unit. Also, we needed wash cloths and kitchen towels. It's like they'd not quite finished setting this unit up for rental. The maintenance man was as helpful as he could be, and we were very appreciative. Not wanting to have to pack everything up again and move to another unit, we stuck it out 3 nights all together. The price was fair, but unfortunately there were a few issues in the room.

Security guard / front desk worker we spoke to was great and efficient. Space was good too in terms of having useful amenities and lots of space. The walls were paper thin and the highway noise and neighbor noises disrupted our sleep. Lots of things were functional but dingy and/or damaged. The blinds had mysterious scratches that let in light and just looked nasty, our comforter was torn, there were glitter paint stains and a burn mark on the couch, all 3 soap dispensers were either empty of not functional, the fridge was dented, and several dishes in the cabinet were dirty, etc. The remote for our TV was a replacement universal remote that wasn't fully compatible with our TV model, so it worked only for some functions but not others. We couldn't adjust the volume, for example, and it was too low to hear.

The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. It was clean and tidy but definitely had wear and tear. It does have great potential. The Ugly....This is not a family establishment!!! There was all sorts of characters all days and times. While we never felt in danger we were worried about our car and belonhings. It was definitely a different clientele than we expected to encounter and no way in the world would I let my 15yr old daughter even out the door on her own. Our kids definitely saw a side to life they had never seen first hand before. The lady in the laundry was super rude when we asked for clean towels. Telling us we will be charged for any marks and would we like to wash them ourselves first. The towels had only just been used for showering ( makes you wonder what other stains they see on them) we declined and ours passed the inspection and we finally got new towels. Just bear all this in mind before deciding on your stay. We still stayed but only because it was for a short time.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. The facility is mostly very well maintained both in the rooms and surrounding area. Rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, sporting a full kitchen and lounge area, which I did not notice when booking. Definitely a great price for such a nice place No real issues with the place other than needing a couple cosmetic repairs in the future such as the bathroom tiles needing grout. Some had nearly none, otherwise a great room! And maybe labels for the soaps in the shower just for convenience.

It was clean. The kitchen had the appropriate number of plates, utensils, etc. The courtyard was very nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
