Hotel is beautiful and staff excellent!
-
With the temperature at 105F outside--the temperature in our room was a constant 65F. That is--the hotel and the room was excellent. I also found the hotel as a whole to be darn good. The building is attractive and perfectly maintained. The parking is easy and close (like parking at home). The room was--darn nice (first class). The bar in the basement was good (attractive bartender and sports on the TV). There is also a great walking trail along the river which is a short walk (to the south) from the hotel. Downtown Tulsa (proper) is just to the north and I found it to be clean, safe and devoid of vagrants. I will return.

best hotel in Tulsa. Clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, spacious beautifully appointed rooms.
-
The accommodating and friendly staff It wasn’t as clean as I hoped and mattress uncomfortable. Wasn’t worth cost.
-
We stayed one night. We had the king corner room. The ac was deliciously cold. I never heard or saw any other guests unless I was in the lobby. The city view at night was pleasant. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not really comfortable and I would have liked to have access to a mini fridge. However, it was overall a very pleasant stay,

The airconditioning cover was lighting on the ground when we entered our room. The filter was absolutely filthy.
-
The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets looked old and stained. The hotel was nice & clean, but the beds need to be upgraded. It was like staying at a low-grade Marriott at a huge price difference. This hotel was not worth the $--- we were charged.
-
Great location for downtown. Felt safe & didn’t worry about my car overnight.
-
Excellent service! Friendly staff and complimentary shuttle to and from BOK center.
-
The king mattress was very uncomfortable. A/C is loud.

Parking was easy and the restaurant/bar being right there was very nice. Excellent coffee shop within easy walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Exceptional

The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main lobby had huge stains on the rugs. Staff was friendly at the front but really wasn’t over the top 5 Star customer service.

Great staff

The room was great & the manager was excellent! The Chalkboard was also great as the onsite restaurant!

Windows on the 8th floor opened up all the way and hotel was supposedly

Got a room for 2 nights. King suite . Arrived and went to room . Walls were stained, carpets dirty , and quarter inch gaps in the window sills. All of them. 8th floor windows actually open with no screen. Not safe. We were there all of fifteen minutes and decided it wasn't for us. Went to libby and checked out. I told them i understand and was more than willing to pay for 1st night. But would appreciate a refund for second. I was told to talk to Expedia about it. It wasn't their problem. Talk to Expedia and they tell me it will have to come from the hotel. I have not gotten answers from anyone. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. "Signature " hotel. I am extremely disappointed in this place. Customer service and appreciation is lost somewhere along the way. Believe me when i say the ambassador" Signature hotel" is not worth the trouble. The crack motels down the way would be better.
