It’s too cool for older folks

Had a great time during our stay! Staff were very professional and courteous

An unexpected gem in a perfect location! I grew up in Tulsa and now live in Scottsdale, AZ. In the last few years Tulsa has been experiencing a renaissance. The Brut is a great example of this renewal. The outdoor lounge and pool and the rooftop bar are great gathering places.

Excellent hotel for a couple nights stay. The amenities and location are great, and the staff is extremely helpful.

What a fantastic hotel stay! Great staff! Great beds and rooms!
-
The staff was wonderful, and the shuttle service they offer was an absolute game changer

The decor was so minimalist, which is fine. However, the concrete floors were very stark, no rugs beside beds . Just not a cozy space .

The property itself was great. Loved the vibes. But a noisy guest above me was shouting and stomping and dripping heavy objects and even dragging furniture at midnight and past midnight. I asked management to look into it twice. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I didn’t get any sleep. She didn’t offer anything for the disruption. This is a hospitality business and your job is to make people feel comfortable, understood, and offer a way to make it up to them. Complete wasted opportunity to turn a bad night into a delightful experience for the customer.

Best place to stay in all of Tulsa

Overall it's a fantastic place to stay. The hotel smelled great every time we walked in. Very clean and inviting and well appointed throughout!! Our room was lovely and comfortable and with nice thick walls so we didn't hear people in the hall even though we were across from the elevator!! We loved the cast concrete counters and floors. While we enjoyed the rooftop lounging area, they did not have many of the items on their menu — VERY limited bar offerings (the menu shows a brand of Kambucha but they only had one flavor, and for after dinner they had no Kalua no Baileys and no Ginger Beer). And beware of the shuttle limitations. It runs within 3 miles, but when I asked for a shuttle to a location that showed 2.8 miles on my phone, they said it was over 3 miles. Not a huge deal since we had a car, but something to consider. The main reason we wanted to use the shuttle was because when we arrived back at the hotel Saturday evening, we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to leave Soma Restaurant before we could get a parking spot. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast at the hotel because we were in town to go to events with friends but the pool looked great and the restaurant looked nice. Overall the staff was great. Even with the issues I mentioned, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the hotel!!!

More food choices on rooftop

The staff was wonderful. Beautiful hotel. We loved it.

The room doesn’t offer a mini fridge for use or a microwave. There was an outside party going on just below our room which was very loud and lasted well into the evening. We had to turn on the fan to the ac unit in order to drown out the noise so we could get some rest. If you are not needed a place to sleep, it might be a nice play to stay. But if you are looking for a place to get rest and maybe the use of a mini fridge to keep your drinks for the road cool and the use of a microwave, then I would not recommend this place.

Very nice modern hotel

Some staff not very friendly, definitely could do more

We had breakfast upstairs at Sonoma, and it was a completely different, totally uplifting experience. A HUGE SHOUT-OUT to waitresses Madison and Segen, and to our cook Narcisso. Madison is IMPECCABLY VERSED in ALL “nuances” of waitressing. She was dressed elegantly, soft spoken, and served our food to us as if we were in a British tea room…classy, professional, polite and smiley. Segen was alert, prompt and she just zipped around on her feet. She kindly told my husband that he’d dropped his wallet on the ground…and this was as she walked past our table! Thank you so much Madison and Segen; we will not forget our experience at Sonoma and we WILL be back, ALL because of your outstanding service and kindness. You are a great team! Last but not least, a shoutout to chef Narcisso. The avocado toast with poached eggs was outstanding; the eggs were soft inside, yet cooked to such perfection. The avocado was fresh and so creamy and the arugula was crunchy, nutty and refreshing! My husband’s omelette was “pale”, and the potatoes were served cold. Better luck next time.

The bathtub was huge and enjoyed my stay.

They alllowed us to check in a little early and use the pool which was really nice after a road trip. Had breakfast the next morning at Soma upstairs on the roof and the food and service was exceptional

Everything was almost perfect. Loved our room. Had some issues with the shower head and there was some hair by the bathroom door that the cleaning staff missed. Everything else was super clean. Not enough parking spots. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
