Clean bed and good shower. Slamming doors in the hallway were very loud. Pillows had odor to them like they were old.

Amazing service rooms are immaculately clean breakfast has been the best I’ve had in any hotel stay for work or personal so far

Bathroom light flickered like a scary movie and very dim. Renovation going on.

Good clean hotel Security issues with door on the east side of hotel that is broken and stays unlocked most of the time

Staff is nice but the hotel is old it needs remolding our room had stains all on the lamps and holes in one commode didnt flush i took pics and wish I could post them. I DONT THINK WE WILL RETURN!!!

The only decent thing about this hotel is the breakfast unfortunately. Well for starters there was ants in our room and my girlfriend was bitten on her back in the restroom, the plumbing was backed up in the toilet didn't flush and the sink wouldn't drain after washing your hands or brushing your teeth. We also for a roach inside the bathroom behind the toilet that belonged in the Amazon rain forest, the AC unit smelled like mildew or mold and unfortunately I felt horrible that first night after the next day and it didn't get any better with the plumbing the attendant put us in a different room that wasn't any better this room smelled awful and mildew as well the bed wasn't comfortable at all and we didn't feel at ease in either room. There was also 2 ginormous stains on both couches that looked like someone had taken someone's life on not 1 but both couches and it was very unsettling for sure.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Locking mechanism on side doors needed maintenance. TV remotes should be checked for good batteries between guest bookings.

Breakfast was the best thing about the whole stay; it wasn't great, but got you going. My room was not clean, there was someone else's private hairs on the toilet, the toilet ran consonantly, the lamp didn't work, the pillows were horrible. The sofa was dirty, I wouldn't even walk barefoot on that carpet! I was there three days and they did not service my room ONE day. Not once. Definitely not recommendable.

Room was fine and bed was comfortable Both the pool and hot tub were closed and nothing was revealed in advanced so we got there and were pretty much stuck. Temps were 100+ and a pool was one of our main goals to cool off. We would have just left and gotten another hotel but there was no refund for the first night so we stayed 1 night and then left to a place with a pool that was operational. I understand that things happen, but the desk clerk told us that it had been down for a while and that they had no idea of when it would be back open. This needs to be clearly communicated before people book to allow them to make an informed decision as to whether they want to stay there or not. Was not happy at all.

The building was under construction due to renovations so quite a bit was unavailable for use.

The room was clean, breakfast was good,staff was very hospitable and the air conditioning was super !

within the upcoming months & wishes the pool was open.

Was really excited to use the pool but it was closed 😕
