It was very clean I did not like the breakfast food
-
Breakfast choices Clean room Pillows No pool No TV channel guide
-
The place was under construction, there was no breakfast buffet as advertised. The breakfast had no hot choices other than waffles. The air conditioner in the room leaked water all over the floor. I would not recommend this place.
-
Breakfast selection was great. However, the "hot" food was NOT hot. Carpet needs to be steamed cleaned. Breakfast needs to be hot.

Really great rooms
-
Very friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. For me the location is ideal. Overall, an excellent experience at a relative bargain compared to other hotels in this immediate area.

The room was nice size and relatively clean and comfortable. The AC unit worked very well. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan as the room would get very steamy and the mirror covered with stain when taking a shower things will be better when you can provide a true continental breakfast instead of all of that prepackaged stuff. It was OK but not very tasty.

Nothing We booked when the building was Holiday inn 2 months prior to our stay and was not informed it changed. We were told by staff they didn’t have any of our info which I find hard to believe.
-
Everything out of service
-
There was no hot breakfast available and pool was unavailable
-
The proximity of the university area. I've booked Holiday Inn, but it was sold to Country Inn, and the reservation/information transferred. The building was very old and under construction. The breakfast was very poor with everything in packages and small containers. Very disappointing.

*A temp sign over the obvious “stain” from the former hotel sign is what greeted us as we entered the hotel parking lot *broken tiles in our bathroom *no continental breakfast as advertised (although folks who’d stayed at the hotel before said that there is never a continental breakfast) *swimming pool was down/broken (again, folks who’d stayed there previously said the pool & a couple of exterior doors are always broken)

Breakfast was fine.
