Well kept and well lit grounds. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and cold A/C. Also, great friendly staff that went out of their way to help us retrieve some forgotten items in our room. Thank you so much for our stay!

The layout of the room, the spaciousness, and the kitchen amenities. No suites were available downstairs (ADA), the property is under renovation so the rear was an eye soar, the location was a little difficult to find.

It’s safe, peaceful and so comfortable.

The price is great! You get what you paid for...

Nothing Everything

The floor was dirty, obviously had not been swept, found dead roach, dust particles on air unit, sheets smelled and my clothes picked up that odor and the bathroom smelled of urine.

The property was not maintained there was broken windows, broken doors on several units. There was trash piled falling out of the trash can there were shopping carts on the walkways of the 2nd floor there were multiple people walking around that looked like they were on drugs and there was many broken down vehicles in the parking lot.

Do not book here. It’s like the Hotel of Transylvania, looks haunted. The place was so filthy and the air smells dirty. Mold and mildew in room.

I don't know where they got the pics that are posted for this property but they are no where near what the property actually looks like. The property looks like an abandoned, post apocalyptic movie scene with dead trees all over the property. Trash in the parking lots, closed restaurant, stacked up furniture in corners of the property, leaking a/c drains onto walkways, re-used door key sleeves, roaches in rooms, moldy room smells, gaps in doors allowing heat in rooms, paper thin towels, small discs for soap, shampoo and lotion in ketchup sized squeeze packets and overflowing trash cans on property. And management, please don't respond with "we strive to be better blah, blah, blah" because if you do you would have. To sum up this review in one word...TRASH

The pictures look fantastic on line but in real life once you went in there it looked awful. There was cracks throughout the wall, the seat had left over trash in it with dirt. The AC though it was cold kept giving a humid fill in the room. The floors were awful when we stepped into it there was hair everywhere. And the breakfast that they provide was very small amount of cereal pancakes boiled eggs and toast. Nothing else was provided there was coffee, and milk for the cereal to drink.

Nothing. This place is a trap house for rent nightly. The place looks nothing like the photos. It’s dirty and run down. People were smoking cigarettes and marajuana in the pool. We booked a king and I was told after taking my payment and deposit that the king room I booked wasn’t available so I had to take a queen room.

Bed smelled like pee all the way through the mattress cover. I told the cleaning lady I needed sheets and when I returned to the room there were no clean linen. Also I was never refunded the deposit of the 50.00 to my account. There was an issue with my card on file to where I had to get another card. I informed the front desk if I could have the funds returned to my other card but he told me it would have to go back to the original card on file. Is there any way I can get my deposit back to another card number? This was one of the worse stays I’ve had here and I always choose this hotel when I’m in town. I was disappointed

Room had looked like mold behind the side table. Nasty. Terrible breakfast. Front staff was very helpful

This is a motel - not a hotel. Breakfast selection was terrible. Waffles only and no butter. The beverage option was coffee only - no juice or even water. WiFi didn't have internet access.

Price. Location Dirty rooms slimey floors People smoking weed all over the place. Meth heads hanging out late at night. The people that work there were nice but it’s definitely not 4star but it’s cheap

Misleading pictures. Mattresses piled in parking lot. A/C units piled up against the building. Multiple broke down cars, several full time residents living there. So Bad I didn’t even stay just went and got another hotel.

Room had a strange smell. Bathroom was not very clean. Bed was comfortable. Ok for a 1 night stay, but not longer.

Rooms could use maintenance. Rusty air vents, mildew in caulk around tub, bathroom door damaged and repainted. Ironing board pad needs to be replaced and entry door needs to be painted or cleaned inside and out.
