Dirty room nasty outside pool

Perfect location . Clean room. Friendly staff! Great breakfast!

The only thing was in July would have been nice to be able to use the pool which was not open and looked really dirty, hot tub looked like they were doing maintenance?? Not the hotels fault but room above had kids running around and jumping until almost midnight.

Pool needed servicing. It was green. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Everything else was wonderful!!

Breaking was fresh and included fruit and real eggs. The room was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The bed was very comfortable.

Pool was not open. Hot tub was closes as well. Maids did not clean the room during out 4 day stay.

Pool was still closed and filled with green, moldy water - not mentioned on the hotel website that pool was not open. Only 3 towels and washcloths in a room booked for 4 guests. Pillows in our room were all super worn and flat.

I will love to take the time and thank Ms.Christine for being so wonderful and with a amazing attitude since the very beginning and as well the rest of the staff been knowing Ms.Christine for 3 years and never once has she gave us a bad attitude or anything like that and she is very understanding and making sure her guest are very comfortable with there rooms and everything else I sure will be back for this type of service 🙏♥️ thank you all god bless you all

Terribly experience all around. Front desk was rude and very unprofessional. I tried to call the front desk for extra sheets and pillows, they claimed they couldn’t answer due to shift change. We called the corporate office and they never got back to me over any of the matter. They charge parking fee every day. The man sat at the front desk with headphones the entire time and didn’t look up. The worst experience I’ve had.

the breakfast was terrible the oatmeal had more water than oatmeal and they did not have a good variety of breakfast items and we got there and was told that our room was not the one we asked for and we had to get another room and it was so small small my husband could not get around with his walker and he fell in the bathroom and I could barely get him up

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parking was a bit challenging. It was hard to tell which exit should be used to get to one’s car. The bathroom shower was in need of some repairs.

LG TV in main bedroom, Suite 327, kept turning itself off. Bedroom TV of same make working fine, just a heads up. Might simply be a setting change needed; my friends and I had a wonderful time. Thank you!
