I book twin bed room but there restroom is not working and then they give me a king bed room which is not my requirement

Convenient- nicely appointed I did not like finding out that I would be charged for parking. I booked my stay online. Not one mention. I have never paid for parking at a hotel unless valeted. This was an underhanded way of grabbing another $6.44 after I had paid for my room. I expect a refund.

I really enjoy this hotel. We reserve here every time we visit our scholar at UTTyler. It’s close to campus and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I also appreciate that the same staff is present during each visit. We've been staying at this location for two years and have mostly seen the same staff. It's an excellent place to stay.

Everything was great except for the fact that the pool was not available and I was not notified because Expedia did not give the hotel the email so they can let me know the pool has not been working this whole year very disappointed about that. everything else was great.

Jeremy was very friendly and upbeat. He called me by name which made me feel welcomed and acknowledged. I really enjoyed my stay here.

When checking out I enjoyed talking to Mrs. Christine Robinson and I appreciated how the check out process was with her The check in process was not as pleasant as the checkout process

The only thing was in July would have been nice to be able to use the pool which was not open and looked really dirty, hot tub looked like they were doing maintenance?? Not the hotels fault but room above had kids running around and jumping until almost midnight.

Pool needed servicing. It was green. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Everything else was wonderful!!

Breaking was fresh and included fruit and real eggs. The room was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The bed was very comfortable.

Pool was not open. Hot tub was closes as well. Maids did not clean the room during out 4 day stay.

All good for a comfortable stay. Look forward to again!
