Very nice

The room was very spacious and I liked the walk-in shower. I didn't like that our room wasn't serviced because we were only there 2 nights but we got plenty of towels and they did empty our trash.

In a good place very nice and quite relaxing away from being over worked .

Nice place, you’ll love it.

This hotel is very nice and clean! It’s brand new. The staff was very helpful with our questions and more than willing to help. I’d definitely stay here the next time I’m in Tyler. Parking lot was big and plenty of places near by to eat at.

EVERYTHING! THE CLEANLINESS, THE HOSPITAL, THE FRESH GROUND COFFEE, THE INTERIOR DECORATION...

I liked everything.

Everything felt brand new! My room (king bed, not accessible) was really spacious & clean. I used the gym twice and it also felt very clean and brand new! The breakfast was your standard continental. I would definitely stay here again.

The room had a weird smell...couldnt quite place it...

nope

clean and modern. parking lot well lit. breakfast surpassed my expectations. A/C made weird noises when it kicked on and off, but worked well. Personal preference, but the pillows were the super soft 'head sinking' type. I don't like that.

This hotel is new and was perfect from the linens, the staff, the gym to the breakfast. Flawless in every way. This was a fantastic hotel for the price point.

A nice hotel and staff was very helpful.

Staff was friendly and talkative! Every employee I walked past no matter the time of day said hello, have a great day etc. the property was extremely well maintained and clean. Our room was perfect, we had two super comfy beds with great pillows! The lighting was great. The mini fridge was cold. The dove products in the bathroom smelled so good! The couch was comfy and the volume on the tv sounded great. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and the coffee was hot! 5 stars!
