Cleanliness of the room floors could use improvement. Floors looked clean until you walked on them with wet feet. Floors were dirty.

The room was very clean, ample parking, and staff were friendly. Air conditioning was not cool when I entered the room but didn’t take so long for the room to cool down.

Always clean and nice management

Perfect for what we needed

The bed frame was messed up causing me to bang my leg on it but very comfortable otherwise

Stayed in a King suite. A/C worked very well. Sheets were fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable but squeaked excessively. Furniture items (tables/tv stand) were well worn and aged. Sofa was stained in heavy use areas (seating and armrests). Some lighting was burnt out. Killed a cockroach upon entering the room at check in. Non-smoking room had a slight smell of past smoking. Probably wouldn’t stay here again if other reasonable options are available.

The beds were big and soft. Check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and plenty of parking spaces.

Dated. Clean room. Easy checking in. Machine coffee and wrapped cupcakes for breakfast.

I was on bottom floor. Room very musky. Out side door on the “ceiling” portion, in front of door, it was bare and wood showing. Need a lot of repair. Complex is big. Should have had me in another room. Breakfast consisted of a muffin in a plastic wrapper. Why say you have breakfast when you don’t. No fruit? Yogurt? When I asked employee behind counter she said we are grab and go only. And kept repeating that line, she must have practiced it. Said it like 7-8 times. Never said anything but we are grab and go!!! Like normal guest even have a clue it’s only a store muffin?

Do not stay here....poor service....poor pool...poor oxygen dependent amenities such as elevators and hotel layout...breakfast was a lazy joke. No orange juice.. no fruit...non diabetic only...coffee and chocolate chip sweet roll only.

Well when I got there it basically took me a hour to get checked in cause the guy at the front desk was like new or something...I made my reservation 2 weeks prior and wrote notes for the property. I am a care taker on the 2 patients that was with me, and I asked for combined rooms or rooms next door and I also let them know I was bringing my service animal . when I got there\n In the front guy told me that, and they no longer take cash app and PayPal, none of that, they only take Visa, and Mastercard only credit cardsbut they don't take none of that. . So I had to go to the bank and get cash out. Mind you that 100 dollars each room.I have 2 rooms so I have to pay deposit on both rooms, Then told me My my don't look like a service animal first mistake he did ...Know the rules about service animal and there rights case they have them...many HIPA rules was in violation..so mind you I reverse rooms two weeks prior they put us 5 doors down from each other after asking Case I'm the care taker of both parties...So now I have to stay up all night being the care taker that I am...So I put my chair outside with my patient son and we was listening to music...at 4:45 The garbage man came there was big booms no one complaint, but when?\n We were singing a song. It's called mercy, somebody said something. And he told us that we have to go in our rooms and try to push a grown man in his room. Yes, you heard me correct....so I do have mixed feelings about this place

Great place a good price and would recommend to anyone

Make sure when you get towels it doesn’t have stains or they’ll try to charge you $250 for damages for stains that were already there. That’s not a reasonable reason to charge that for some TOWELS.

Also, if check-out is 11:00 AM, housekeeping should NOT be knocking on your door at 10:40 to ask if you are checking out or staying.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Room was very clean except the floors were a little sticky from cleaning product. On Travelocity it shows breakfast is included and shows a photo of a breakfast buffet area, however breakfast was mini muffins pre packaged and coffee. It is very quiet and we had no real issues at all and ultimately enjoyed our stay.

Nothing that the room smell like mole. The under blankets were yellow.Second blanket was ripped. Secondary bed still smell like sweat. And some of the worst is that they give you shared pump shampoo and the restroom for everyone to share the same one.
