I appreciate that the entry is a little different through the Staybridge parking lot instead of directly off the main road. I had my vehicle stolen at a different brand hotel in Houston with easy on/off freeway access for get away purposes so it felt better parking here. Wouldn't be a top choice cruise for breaking into cars.

Don't stay here. I literally checked out within about 30 minutes of arriving at the hotel. It was really horrible place to stay. Did not feel safe at this hotel.

It was close to UT Tyler The first room was ok but the shower head was broken so we had to move. The room we ended up in smelled like cat urine

The stay was nice. Lobby looked clean. As for the hallways carpet is stained and dirty. As for the room once again carpet stained and bathroom grout filthy. I do not stay at hotels much but in my opinion for the rate of one night I expect attention to detail of items any manager should spot and fix. The free breakfast is just that atleast free.

the help the front desk lady tried to help me get my moment back ( $116 ) but she couldn’t help me because booking. com wouldn’t let her return my money i didn’t stay in my room because i canceled it and called booking . com they said they would help ( erik ) was his name he promised my money and not to worry but the bills don’t wait for no one i got late fees all because i took a strangers word now i’m sad all over again because it took 3 seconds to take my money but why do i got to wait 30 days i need it back booking . com lied to me about getting my miner back to a room i didn’t stay in but got charged i had to sleep in my car that night because i couldn’t get a room because i didn’t have money
