This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel. There was a small confusion in the beginning but Veronica stepped up and showed me excellent customer service. I am already planning my next stay here.

Excellent location near UT Tyler! Rooms were big with a kitchenette and 2 tvs. The shower had an adjustable head and the pressure was great. The beds were way too hard.

The room Didn't understand that you had to request clean room daily...if that what you need....also extra money add to card.

This hotel was amazing! Very clean, staff was very kind and the free dinner on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is a great amenity! The gym was nice as well.

I love how welcoming the staff is and also how clean the facility is, everything is so clean the kitchen had everything you need. I loved this hotel its the best, The only thing I didn't like is that we requested everyone to be close to each other. But Zayden worked something out for us I'll just know the next time to call ahead of time and make sure we are close to each other,

It was a shockingly nice stay. I wasn't expecting much, but they far exceeded my expectations. We had a very nice breakfast. Laundry was free. They had a decent free Monday night dinner. There was a heated indoor pool which had great ventilation... So it did not smell like chlorine.
