Front desk staff was aloof. The guy was a prick. Everything else was motel 6.

The only complaint is there was no Pool when I originally was looking things up. There was another Motel 6 that I was interested in that had a pole and I clicked on the wrong one. The only complaint with this place was it was close to downtown and a lot of young people walking around the facility.

Perfect walking distance from DT, the beach, shops, and restaurants The property was dated, all older rooms. They were decent for price and stay.

Great location. Rooms are clean, the staff is attentive and the facilities are comfortable. I've stayed at this location several times throughout the years.

This Motel 6 is the perfect location you can see the ocean on The back fence and the guy who runs it is awesome he's not all up in everybody's business but he just maintains it as long as you do what you're supposed to do meaning leave when you're supposed to leave and don't mess things up or break things he doesn't trip on you very quiet and all the cleaning ladies are awesome too they do amazing job on the rooms

We stayed one night. Location was perfect. Quiet and clean property. The staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were just fine.

This is a perfect budget hotel. Very clean. Everything worked. Nothing fancy but just what we neeeded. Will be back!

I booked a room for one night had an eye infection so I decided to stay there one more night before driving back to LA. I left at like 5:30 in the morning. Keep my room key to someone at the front desk and thank them for a safe stay handful of days later I found out that they charged me for an extra night that I didn’t stay there, and even though I returned my key in person at the front desk, they refused to acknowledge that I was only there for two days and insisted on charging me for the third day, even though I didn’t stay there… Very frustrating and very petty. I can’t believe that Expedia was not able to make the situation right even though I paid extra for the insurance that they offer. I’m gonna sing twice before I ever use Expedia again and I’ve been using them for a very long time and I could not believe they did not help me with something that is easily proven horrible, horrible horrible horrible

Last visit toilet did not flush after the first night, sink had only hot water with no pressure. Definitely a low class hotel.

My room was very clean, Air worked wonderful I had to turn it off it got so cold lol and as usual all the staff was very helpful! I stay here whenever I get a chance to come to Ventura, the owner is great! The cleaning ladies are wonderful always available to help with what ever you need. It is walking distance to the beach and everything you need! I will keep coming back here!!
