Management team is horrible! Would not recommend to a roach.

The staff were nice, respectful and helpful. The place needs a little TLC and/or updating. overall good experience for the time stayed and the reserved availability.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AT ALL. When I arrived at this property, I found a dead bug in my bed. Decided to just try and stay anyway. There was a cockroach that came out of the wall in the bathroom. There were dead bugs behind the nightstand. Then lastly to the final breaking point, there was a ROACH that crawled on my neck! Also, there was an extremely creepy man on the same floor as my friends and I. He had a camera in his window with his curtains open staring out of them the entire day. As my friends and I were on the way out he was staring at us. We got down to the parking lot, he made faces at us, gave us the middle finger and began recording us. We reported this to the staff and to my knowledge nothing was said or done.

Terrible! The room was dirty and especially the bathroom, there was blood on the toilet and the tub was dirty as well. Mention that they charged $50 as a “deposit” I bet they won’t return my deposit since the room was extremely dirty and poor conditions on the furniture. They would see that as we left it on those condition’s.

Staff at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful when resolving some of the issues we encountered (internet was off several times, ice machine on the 3rd floor not operational, no breakfast). The place is ok for the price, has a nice pool, and it’s not too far from the beach and restaurants, but it needs maintenance. Also, our room was connected to another through lockable doors and we could hear what was going on in the other room (we didn’t know these people). Overall good value for money and plenty of availability, but basic services only.

I saved a lot of money staying here. I read the reviews, they weren’t great but accurate. The room smelled and they should get rid of the carpet. If you are looking to save $ and be a few blocks from the water this will work but bring some air freshener. Had a smell that was not pleasant

No vending machines. Few amenities.
