It was beautiful I love that we were able to booked a room with ocean view at an affordable price and it was clean I love the fact that smoking is prohibited in the property because I personally don't smoke and I don't like to stay at a place that smells bad

Carpet in the room is clean and beddings are good, the bathroom is not that clean. Not swept properly, has hair and old fake eye lash extensions in the floor from last guest. There is couple of bugs and cockroach walking around when we get there. No conditioner and shampoo ready, have to ask front desk is they offer that and guy said yes but not pit in the room. Safe is lock so we cannot use it. No available amenities to use or offered upon checked in. Have to pay $10 for parking ( separate from the room charges) Fridge has a fishy smell. Microwave is very dirty, did not use it. Outlets are loose, our chargers keep falling, the room needed an update. The couch looks like it’s not sanitized properly ( looks dirty ) did not use it either because of how it look. Close to the fun park and stores. Has a balcony and easy access to the beach. Good thing we only stay 1 night. Will not use this hotel next time if we visit Virginia Beach. Sorry but I was not pleased with the property.

It is one of the worst properties there could be, it was 103 degrees outside. We drove 5 hours from Delaware to reach there. When we entered the property the roof was leaking, AC wasn’t working. Had kids and parents with me, it was so terrible we decided to leave, but where we could have gone? Not only the AC wasn’t working, since the roof was leaking, there was mold near the leakage point. It was 4th of July weekend and the properties were all sold out. We were in great pickle and staffs had no idea the room is in such a bad condition on a hot day.

It conviniet place to stay

The hotel is not ADA compliant or handicap accessible. The staff do not care about the appearance or the safety of guest. I will be filing a complaint against their non compliance with the ADA

The place is perfect for me and affordable.

Overall was ok. With some improvements this could be an awesome location.

The building is old but our room was clean so I’m happy with that. Location is prime so with that said the price was very reasonable, actually kinda a deal. Only complaint is the balcony door doesn’t lock, well it does but turning the handle unlocks it on the inside, so that isn’t the greatest with a toddler. I ended up putting a chair in front of it for a little peace of mind. So other than that… 9/10, recommend.

It was just ok.
-
The only thing I like about this is the view and the sound of the ocean.

HORRIBLE STAY. Check in was two hours late and the guy that helped us was horrible and had an attitude even though they checked us in at 6PM instead of 4PM. Room was dirty as well, will never stay here again.

Had an issue before check-in where I was charged an additional $500+ when I had already paid in full upfront via the Expedia app. Luckily, we got the charge reversed, but it really put a damper on things on our way to VA Beach. It was a good value stay overall. Our room was kept very clean - trash was always emptied daily, with clean sheets and new towels daily. Never had to ask once. Parking near the building was difficult, and honestly, should be free. Beach view was good and near lots of restaurants and sights. If we hadn’t experienced the over-charge, it would be a 4/5 rating for the value, view, and proximity. Sadly, I can’t come above a 3/5.

Great room! The toilet took a little convincing to get it to flush sometimes and the shower turned cold some, but it’s not a brand new building… soo, it served its purpose for what we needed. Will be back!
